We drove an hour to this location, stood in front of the counter to order for 30 minutes the women employee along with the other 3 male employees litterly made eye contact with us just about every minute and we were never asked A WORD! Terrible customer service I am appalled! Very disrespectful. Came in hungry left hungrier. I litterly couldn't belive how they all completely just ignored us didn't ask if we were all set NOTHING. I belive the 2.4 rating now I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but when you have terrible customer service the food isn't going to be any better.

I waiting for my order almost 2 hours, this was on 4/6 at 10:25 pm. There was a women/lady in the restaurant (coworker) doing nothing just talking to customers about life ? I know it because she speaks Spanish and I do too, look at the camera ? if you like. All this happen when the kitchen workers were really busy and strolling ?

The website when placing an order didn't have an option to tip the driver. I cash app him when he got here he was great. However I ordered two side sauces of cheese and both were filled only to fill the bottom of the cup but they charge 1.30 for the extra sauce. The sauce on the wings wasn't enough either.

If I could leave a negative 10 I would I placed my order at 6:55 I didn't get there until almost 8 the restaurant was mobbed with people waiting no one comes to the order pick up window 30 minutes later I finally get someone's attention the woman comes out with a nasty attitude telling us she was very busy with large orders I've worked in the restaurant industry you are supposed to make the orders in the order they were received, after asking the employee how much longer I had my newborn grandson in the car could I just cancel my order if it was going to take to long he just shrugged his head and walked away then the woman told him to start taking ppl's name I wrote my name at the top of the list then I went outside to let my daughter no what was going on now an hour and half after ordering to 6 piece combo s and a 5 piece wing my daughter switched places waiting at almost 9 my daughter says the woman had found my order and I just needed to come in and show the order confirmation I get in show the young man at the counter he tells me 1 minute after almost 20 minutes later and looking at people that came in at 830 now getting their order before me I lost it and told thethem I no longer even want the food I started yelling I want a refund to which the young man comes over and says oh you want a refund no problem which angered me even further I had asked the other guy an hour earlier for a refund and he shrugged me off and walked away so almost 2 and a half hours and no food and still waiting on a refund I have never in my life dealt with more horrible service this place is a joke I will be calling Corporate

Twice in a row our delivery order has missing items. We’ve paid for them and delivery person is not allowed to open the sealed bag. It feels as if the store is padding their sales and hoping no one notices or complains that the fries, chicken sandwich, etc are missing from the order. Tonight they left out our son’s sandwich which was highly disappointing to him. Poor form, Wing Stop.

If I could give zero stars I would the service is horrendous . Waited 2 hours for my food so naturally I was getting irate they lost my order ticket an apparently it fell in the sauce .. nobody working the front counter a young kid finally comes over an proceeds to address me as "bro" I'm a lady not your bro. Asked for a refund after dropping almost 100$ to be told it would take 5 days to get my money back . Asked to speak to a manger I believe he said his name was Carl but he was just as bad as the kid he did nothing to rectify the situation didn't even offer a discount but yelled at me instead over their mishap. Saying this isn't fast food ! Well even in a restaurant I never wait 2 hours for my food . And a restaurant also has wait staff. I wasn't the only one outraged by the wait. Not even an apology ..wings definitely weren't made with any love whatsoever a bunch of miserable workers I wouldn't recommend to anyone ???? instead of Carl the manger sititng in the back doing notning except taking the phone off the hook he shoild of been on the floor helping the other staff.
