We have gone to Wooden Bar a few times now and it is better each time we go. Most recently we went with a friend who was visiting from out of state. We still cannot stop talking about the potato salad we started with. Just amazing depth of flavors. We also had the Spicy Tantanmen, the Anori Pulled Pork sliders (which my fiance gets every time we go) and the amazing Black Garlic Pork. We were all doing happy dances in our seats as we ate. The flavors are divine and you can tell the chef really takes pride in creating each dish. Everything has so many layers. All the components are amazing separately, but when you make a full bite, the flavor profile is out of this world. They also have great drinks like their Old fashion and if you can't do alcohol, they serve up the best Shirley Temple I've ever had. Also, the staff are wonderful, friendly and hardworking. We are so glad to have found this hidden gem. Worth every penny.

Best ramen Ive ever had. Poke bowl my daughter had also looked amazing. Great prices! Really delicious mocktails. Cool space and vibe, great service. I will be going back! Little tricky to find, but easy parking. It is around the back of the building on the corner of Knowlton.

I stopped drinking and eating meat prior to a surgery, and this place is the actual best way to still go out and be healthy. I came the first day without knowing where I was going, and then I ended up coming back with a friend the next day. The atmosphere is so relaxing, the service is friendly, the food was sooooo good, and the drinks alcoholic/not has a good variety and delicious! The pickled eggplant was so dang good! I've also tried the spicy vegan ramen and the ginger noodles - they offer sharing plates so we were able to eat both and the combo was delicious. I'll be back and bring everyone I know!

Holy moly, so amazing! I had the mackerel and my husband had spicy ramen. Informal but special vibe, incredible drinks, tasty pickles, shockingly fast service. Such a hidden gem! We can't wait to come back. What an exciting new Worcester find! Definitely the best meal I've had in quite a while.

food was very good...service staff wonderful...my cocktail was basically a glass filled with crushed ice with a hefty price tag 15.

Run, don't walk, to Wooden Bar. We had a fabulous dinner here on a cold night in November. All three of us had the miso ramen with pork belly; one of us opted to make his version spicy. The ramen was extraordinary. The homemade noodles were incredible tender and cooked just right; slightly al dente but still easy to chew. The broth was complex thanks to both the miso and the mayu oil. The pork belly was perfectly cooked - crispy skin, melt in your mouth meat. The ajitsuke tamago were a great texture and the yolks were really flavorful. The employees were friendly and helpful, and the vibe was laid back and unpretentious. We savored every bite and sip and can't wait to go again!

For about $50 a person you can get an amazing drink, a wildly creative tasty dessert, and quite possibly one of the best meals you'll eat in your life. Even if you save some money and only enjoy a drink or just a meal, you are going to leave satisfied. The portion size was fair, I wasn't stuffed, but I was absolutely satisfied. A wonderful experience and one of the best secrets in Worcester to enjoy. I can not overstate how great of a find this was.Dietary restrictions: Staff was accommodating with our parties food allergies and was knowledgeable about what dishes to avoid as well as what dishes could be enjoyed.
