I used to work here, haven't ate from here since the place has been sold but wanted to give it a chance and ordered a small calzone. It was filled with sauce when the sauce is supposed to go to the side when I went to the owner about it he just scoffed and said he couldn't remake it then just threw the money at me rudely. I don't know. Just weird and a waste of my time. Just disappointed.

First time eating here and I will go back the pizza dough was so soft and well baked. I had the chicken Alfredo calzone and it was 10 out of 10. The two guys that work there were very friendly and had good customer service.

Pizza was made very well and had a nice thin crispy crust, mozzarella sticks were tasty and had a great cheese pull, fried dough was served cut up in delicious bite sizes, would go back again
Our volleyball team played st Clark University. The owner, Ehab, took great care of us through the ordering, delivery, and payment process.

Finally!! I have been looking for a pizza place in Worcester where a large cheese pizza wasn't $14 for a single pie AND actually tasted good.
Worcester Pizza Factory has a special carry out deal Mon-Thurs for 1 large cheese for $7. Where else, besides a chain like Little Caesars, can you get a pizza for that price? Let alone one that tastes homemade?
The pizza was fresh and thin. The bottom of the pizza was crisp with no fold, the middle was chewy and the crust had a nice bite to it. The sauce had a great flavor, not too sweet or salty and a nice amount of garlic and spices.
It tasted so much better than a $7 pie should. My wife and I had been going to Blue Jeans Pizza, but for the price of one large cheese pizza from Blue Jeans we can get 2 large cheese pizzas from Worcester Pizza Factory.
Make sure to call ahead to order as it could take 20+ minutes for your order. Honestly it takes less than 10 minutes to get WPF from pretty much anywhere in Worcester so it is well worth the wait.
The guy behind the counter was super nice and very appreciative of the business. Made me feel very welcome. I will be back a looot. I will take pictures/video next time, I was too eager and hungry to this first time.

I love steak and cheese subs, they make a really good one here. The customer service here has to be some of the best I've had in the city. The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating, nothing is ever a problem for us here.

Wouldn't recommend ordering their subs, all three of us got little to nothing in our sandwiches, got two chicken subs and a veg sub, hardly anything in there maybe two pieces of chicken and the smallest veggies you've ever seen, and they even cooked it wrong. Was told to wait 20 minutes to come in and they didn't even start making our food until actually entering the place 20 minutes later.
Also tried using a coupon from THE entertainment coupon service that THEY said over call as being able to use but upon coming in the "owner" told us they were a scam (been using entertainment everywhere for years) and refused to take it.
Not to mention the store itself is grody; huge fan placed smack in the middle of the bug screen they call a front door. I'm sure they are nice people but come on.
Top pizza in Worcester. Owner is very friendly as well. Wings are solid. This is my go to pizza. 🍕

This pizza has a good ratio for price:taste. It probably won't be my go-to pizza in Worcester, but I'll be pleasantly surprised if someone orders it for me.

Great food. By price it is on par with Dominos and Papa's pizza, but this food is WAY better. The owner is the nicest guy and really just wants you to enjoy your food. I enjoy supporting a local business. Absolutely will come again.
