I cannot say enough good about Worcester Pizza Factory, the owner, and his staff. We have ordered from them as a team many times over the years and they always go above and beyond to make it perfect. The food is delicious, affordable, and always the right temperature upon delivery. Our players are happy and full with leftovers by the time they’re done eating. Really one of the best!!!

The Dude
The dude had the munchies after some post work relaxation, and decided to give this place a try. I ordered a Margherita pizza and fried zucchini sticks. The pizza was a 7 on a 10 scale. (A 10 is like New Haven pizza, man, so don't sweat it). Maybe a bit more cheese for a Margherita pizza would get this to an 8. Great crust. The zucchini sticks were some of the best the dude has had. Not limp oily things. They held their weight. Delivery was fast. I'll order again.

Just based off of your slick comments to people's reviews lets me know you don't deserve anyone's business. I was about to place an order. The chicken wings and grinders look good but the dough of the pizza looks tough and dried out so we were going to order pizza from some where else. After seeing your sly comments and responses to the negative reviews your clearly don't care about repeat business or your customers.

I do not understand how this place has good reviews lol on their website for the italian sub it clearly states ham, salami, and mortadella and literally they give you 2 slivers of ham. Don't order from here lol

Owner is a super guy. Delivered the pizzas to feed 40+ directly to the field on the minute, with two hours notice. Even helped me build the order to match the number of people. Pizza was amazing too!

I was just passing through town and, to my delight, came across Worcester Pizza Factory for a quick bite. The pizza crust was light and crisp and the veggie toppings were fresh. The owner is passionate about his business and is friendly with both his team and customers. He has kept his prices down… I estimate about 15-20% lower than I would have expected to pay. So, it’s a great value. This is a take-out venue with only 2 simple tables. Enjoy!
