Very crowded at lunch. Server was overly aggressive requesting that we order quickly. And they were supposedly out of coffee and no hot water for tea. Ever heard of a microwave?

Sole is a staple in Central MA. Food is always great. It is what Legal Seafood used to be years ago - fresh seafood, great preparation, great wine list etc. Max is always a welcome face to see and does a great job. Everyone of the staff is friendly and attentive. Just a great place.

We arrived early for our reservation, but were immediately seated, even though there were a number of parties waiting. The food was very good. The service and attention we received were outstanding. The only negative to the Sole is it is a very noisy, crowded restaurant. The quality of the seafood, and the outstanding service more than makes up for that.

The Sole never disappoints. Baked stuffed sole was out of this world! Louder than usual, and CROWDED - which added an energy and vibe of everyone having a good time. Seated almost 20 minutes past our reservation, but all staff was smiling pleasant and attentive. Just a hopping night!

Another outstanding experience. Over the decades we have never been disappointed. Food was great and the service team of two staff was on top of their game from start to finish. We had a large party and everything was handled expertly. You just cannot go wrong here!

Generally a good experience. Food and atmosphere was good. Wait staff was distracted. Forgot several requests during the course of the meal and was unavailable for long periods of time.
