These reviews must be for a different place. The pizza was VERY good. I could eat here every week if I had to. The portion to price was very good considering how pricey food has gotten over the years. The wait was a little bit longer than expected for just a pizza but for the size and flavor it was absolutely worth it. You guys rock, good team running the place. I’ll definitely come back!

Pizzas are very good and different than what any other place in central mass has to offer & steak and cheese is out of this world. I’m tired of all these normal pizza places with their bland pizzas and Frankie’s sets themselves apart from the rest of the competition. Highly recommend. Staff is friendly on the phone & in person. I get takeout from here at least 2-3 times a month.

It’s better than Nekos. Better crust, more cooked, better undercarriage. The pepperoni is flavorful and spicy. Great charged taste. I’m a total fan. Just go on DoorDash makes no sense to use some third party…..

February 1st 2026 tried to order the pizza from Frankie's over the phone you can't place an order on the phone without a credit card that is crazy I never heard of such in my life the order was going to be an hour wait and you want me to wait a whole hour for a pizza that I can't order on the phone without a credit card that's crazy I guess if you don't have a credit card you can't get a pizza

I’ve ordered from I love Frankie’s around 10 times, but honestly I’m over it. Last night we waited three and a half hours for a small pepperoni pizza, and a cheese steak just for it to be cold when it got here. We’ve given this place so many chances, but something needs to change before we order again.

I love this place this place is awesome great food hands-down the best pizza around unfortunately though they partnered with chow now, And unfortunately their driver didn’t even have the courtesy to knock on my door or even ring the doorbell and my pizza was left on my steps Until I realize that it was there without any notification.

It’s not the restaurant fault the restaurant is fantastic I gave them five stars It’s Just that their partnership with their delivery service is not good. I kid you not, frozen pizza lol Anyway if you’re going to eat Pizza from Frankie’s, go there and pick it up until they hire their own drivers.

This is the best pizza in Massachusetts IMO! I’ve been to many since I moved here. My girlfriend and I drove to Worcester just to get a pie. We tried calling but the line was busy. Didn’t know we could order online. So we just walked in. After a few mins looking at the menu we were told it was going to be a two hour wait. I’m a pizza fanatic. I haven’t actually had Pizza from NY being an implant from Maui, Hi. I am not gonna lie. I was extremely disappointed. Although it just made me want it more. LOL! So we started to turn around and leave. Just as I saw the picture of the Chef and Dave Portnoy…!!!! We hear The Chef called out we can squeeze ya in if you don’t mind it being round!!! We were STOKED!! We walked around the neighborhood for a bit then picked it up!! Braddah is a Hammah!! We will be back for sure. Putting in the order ahead of time of course!! Shoots!! Mahalos!!
