I Love Frankie's, Worcester's Best Pizza

Spent 30$ for burnt pizza and had to wait a whole hour and a half

I really wanted to like I Love Frankie’s, but I was disappointed with my experience. I ordered my pizza well done, expecting a crisp, slightly charred crust, but it came out very greasy, floppy, and not crispy at all. On top of that, I had to wait over an hour after ordering before it was ready. The flavor was okay, but between the long wait and the texture, it just didn’t live up to the hype. Hopefully it was just an off night.

I understand if having to wait 2+ hours for a pizza you ordered online is a dealbreaker for you. Trust me, I do. But they’re not lying in the name of the restaurant. It really is the best pizza in Worcester and it’s not particularly close.

So yeah, you bet I’ll shut up and order ahead next time.

Just came in to order at 9:57 and they told me they was closed when on the website they close at 10:30pm! Visiting and just wanted some pizza!

!GO!Just do it! Order the Margarita. Wait patiently until it is done (call ahead for a PRO move). Sit in your car. Open the box and gaze at the beauty, Grab a smoking hot slab, burn your mouth, cover your clothes in delectable sauce, let your mind be blown by the basil, savor the perfection of the mozzarella and the crunch and texture of the crust. Provide yourself a mind blowing experience and then go back in and say THANK YOU!

I must say, they claim to be Worcester's best....bold claim for sure.....first time there ever today I got a small cheese and small pepperoni. It was a perfect pie--something no other Worcester parlor has. The hype is real, I ❤️ Frankie's is the new gold standard.

Pizza was huge and pretty amazing. Had the cheese steak as well. Also really good. Parking was horrible but the food is worth it. Definitely the best pizza I've had in awhile.

This place thinks they are the best thing since sliced bread, they even state that if you don’t want to wait 2 hours for a pizza, go someplace else. But here the thing, there is nothing special about the pizza except that it is big, nothing else, pizza is average at best. If you want to wait 2 hours for very average pizza, go for it. If you want a sandwhich make sure you call ahead to see if they have sandwhich we that day because they always run out of bread or something else.

Took multiple tries to call and stay in a call with the woman on the other line. When I finally got ahold of her, she still wasn't fully acknowledging me on the line. She asked for my first name and asked what I wanted and that was it. When I went in, I found out you had to pay over the phone. She never mentioned it unless the phone muddled it but she for sure never got my last name and when I mentioned that she insinuated I was lying about that as well. It's bad enough I have to wait over 2 hours for a pizza but when I have no clear indication on what to do to get that pizza, and get attitude for it, I'm all set with giving my money to that type of business.

I tried placing a takeout phone order and they wanted me to pay over the phone. I didn't feel comfortable with that, said I'd prefer paying when I pick up my order, and they told me they wouldn't start my order until I walked in and paid. How ridiculous is that?? Horrible business practice and I'll never go there again... and neither should you! There's a reason they have a less than 4 star rating!

First time eating there ,, The best pizza I’ve had in 20 years.. When pizzerias didn’t have to cut cost . Everything was made fresh, from the hand tossed crust to the homemade tomato sauce. The price is worth it especially for a gourmet pizza experience. Absolutely will be a repeat customer. Well done..

Good thing crust pizza, that is huge!! The large size is colossal! Tried a pepperoni pizza & their Philly cheese steak sandwich. The roll was the bomb on this. Fresh, crispy crust & the addition of sesame & poppy seeds spot on to add an additional level of flavour & texture.

Always good food. Fresh made to order. Friendly staff. I recommend the Philly cheese steak, pizza and their chicken Caesar salad.
