This place is fantastic. Really hoping they reopen soon, been craving the falafel. Their online ordering could use some improvement but otherwise, great food, great service and friendly. I check almost weekly to see if they're back in action.

You know those people who are like, "I forgot to eat" or "I skipped lunch". This had never happened to me. I am a hangry-prone, ultra-regimented meal eater.And then I ordered the chicken shawarma salad with extra beef from Wrap & Bowls. And I am telling you, I didn't eat for 8 hours. EIGHT HOURS. If my husband reads this, he will think my Yelp account was hacked, because, like I said, I am an eater.

Not freshly made foods, went for lunch, all foods were at least one day old... Not acceptable foods for me .. the kabobs were rubbery and tasted old like refrigerator, I couldn't even finish my babaghanouj and had two pieces of the meat , wasted time appetite and meal and money... Will never go there again

A happy surprise- the food here is really yummy and offers lots of variety and healthy, tasty options! It is kind of a chipotle-style quick middle eastern fast food spot. The chicken was flavorful and moist, and I love the wide variety of polar seltzers as well as take home food options. The guy who I assume is the owner was super friendly and nice, circulating the dining area to make sure everyone was happy. (They were!) While the decor and speed make this spot feel a little fast-food-y, it is a great healthy, fresh, and fast option that is far preferable to other similarly fast places!

This in an amazing quick bite. It just opened and you see the owner working hard to establish rapport. The food was fresh and very flavorful. It's a bit like Chipotle, but for Middle Eastern food and with the same price range. 5/5 would recommend :)

I was really pleased with the meal I received. I had the lamb with rice and lentils, with a great tzasiki sauce. It was great. I would definitely recommend. The actual eating environment wasn't great. I ended up taking it to go, which I didn't want to do, because it was really tight in there. I would say to the owners, offer a side of some falafel balls, and I would say that this would be a five star place, even with the bad seating options. You just don't see this type of food around Worcester. I will definitely be back, often.

I love it here. It's one of my favorite places in Worcester. Everything is super fresh and assembled how you like it. Falafel is probably my favorite food - theirs isn't a super traditional Lebanese street food style, it's fresher & seemingly less heavily fried. (Both ways have their place!) The owners are super friendly & even remember our names. And definitely try the hot sauce!

The service is always prompt and eager to tell you what everything is. The food quality is super fresh. I usually get a bowl with the lentils base, chicken or lamb, and their selection of sauces is really good. I've never tried their avocado options - it kinds doesn't do anything for me with this type of cuisine. Their baba ganoush could use more smoked flavor, but outside of that, everything I've had there is great. GET THE BAKLAVA!

Enjoying our veggie wraps (build your own) !! This is my first time here ....came with hubby for lunch . Small place, very neat and they have drive through. I wanted to try the Amba sauce - mango sauce - as it said it was spicy and am glad I ordered it ! Please give this place a visit!!
