I was double charged a day after I made an order, never have we ever been through this, we order from them all the time! They decided to add their own tip. They claim they were closed mondays and it’s impossible but they have your credit card number, I called the bank to make a dispute and they still haven’t made a decision.

Food is delicious and fresh! The price is also what gets me to come from Holden even with 3+ Chinese restaurants within minutes from me. The portion sizes are exactly as they should be, big enough and worth the money. The married couple who own it are always so nice and welcoming, and they remember you!
If you want big portions at a proper price and a friendly atmosphere, Yans is your place!

Hi, I’m reaching out because I’ve had an ongoing issue when trying to order from Yans, and this most recent situation was very concerning.
I placed an order by phone, and the payment was successfully charged to my debit card. However, after that, I received a call saying that my phone number isn’t registered in your system and that my order wasn’t placed — even though the charge clearly went through on my end.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had difficulty ordering, but this time it’s especially frustrating because I was actually charged for an order that was supposedly “not in the system.” My address is local, and I’ve ordered from Yans in the past with no issue. The response I received felt unprofessional and dismissive, especially since I can see the transaction on my bank account.
I’m requesting a refund for this charge and hope management looks into this situation to prevent it from happening again to other customers.
