I have been here a few times now seeing as I go to school in the area and everytime I have gotten their boba tea with the regular tapioca pearls I have ended up with a minor case of food poisoning. The last time I was there, the individual who made my drink made it and there were black specs floating all throughout the drink so I asked if he could remake it and he said he could strain it. I had to insist on not wanting to drink a large amount of an unknown black speckled substance before he made a big scene about remaking it. It is not worth coming for the tea when there are so many way better places in Worcester that won't give you attitude and won't have you sick to your stomach afterwards

Workers were very kind when I asked for a replacement drink since I didnt enjoy the first one. The replacement was very tasty. First time here, will definitely be coming back.

The ice cream is good but as soon as I entered, there was a lot of staring. I was a bit uncomfortable. I was glad to find a place nearby but not sure if I’ll be back.

I usually get anxious coming into places I’ve never been, but the staff were super welcoming. I walked in and went straight to the self serve, and one employee made it a point to say hi to me from across the room. It was a small gesture but it really made my experience. They also have a wide selection of toppings that were all fully stocked and neatly separated, the place is nice and clean and air conditioned. Love the art on the wall too!
