The Soprano was incredible. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Good experience and will definitely go back. Portions were large.

We often visit the food truck for the specials after sports practices with our teens. We love that it’s good quality ingredients & always consistent with kind service. Tried the restaurant this weekend & did not disappoint! The smash burgers are juicy & filling! The fries WITH boom boom sauce are really yum! Will be back after the Railers game this weekend coming!

I recently visited ziggy bombs and had an extremely disappointing experience. The food was served lukewarm, which made it unappetizing and left me questioning its freshness. To make matters worse, the customer service was terrible. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, making the whole experience even more frustrating. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Have been waiting to try Ziggy since it opened. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I got the zig mac and after 2 bites realized why all the sauce. Meat was freezer burnt to the point the sauce could not hide it. Fries were under cooked and soggy. Could not finish half a sandwich . Will not be ordering again

Ziggys is 5 stars all the way. Sometimes tough to put an order in via the phones. But other than that you always get what you pay for. The amount of chicken and fries in the kicking chicken order is well worth the $$ and its better than any other place flavor wise by a long shot. Ziggys has come a long way and excited to see him growing an admirable business and brand. Always gives back to the community with his events. Keep up all the hard work my friend.
FINALLY got around to coming here. Got the kickin chicken strip meal. Good price and you get a good amount of fries and tendies. 20 minute drive home with the food and it was still very hot and fresh. I will def. be coming back to try other things on the menu.

TLDR: Below-average fast food and a simultaneously overwhelming dining atmosphere with an underwhelming vibe.
My family’s new to Worcester, and we wanted to try something new. First, they were only taking cash which was annyoying but we ordered regardless and dined in. We ordered the OG steak sandwich, OG smash burger, and fries. The portion size for everything was great but fries came out very hot and they were good but not great. the burger was slimy and had no taste and the sandwich was built weird (loaded like a taco with little lettuce and tomato that all fell off) and also unseasoned. Just bad and i left hungry; not worth the price.

Amazing food, best chicken tenders I have ever had. The subs and sandwiches are also amazing. I had the Pupu plater steak and cheese and it is definitely worth it!
A bit higher in price but the food is not only worth it but the portions are definitely enough for two. Not to mention, make sure you follow their instagram, as they post a daily deal and a plate of these tenders might be $5.99 or a burger for $2-3 that day!
The ONLY con to this place is that is cash only and the “machine has been down” for about a year now. This makes it a little inconvenient to eat here, otherwise I would eat here much more often! Hence why I took off one star.
Went back after a long time. It was excellent; everything from the bread to the toppings was on point. I went initially after they first opened, and maybe it was an off day—the bread was garbage, and the sandwich was mediocre overall. We all have off days, though. I'm very happy I gave them another chance, as they will get my business from now on!

Ziggy Bombs is the bomb.com. I have ordered from here multiple times now and every time it is delicious and made with love. Recommend the kickin chicken and chopped cheese sandwich!!!

They called and canceled my order because they didn’t have ribs and told me to re-order like it was super easy. It wasn’t it was an extreme hassle, dealing with GrubHub and then the food came, and it was terrible. They were good at the beginning and now they’re falling off.
