My wife and I tried this for lunch, and were very pleasantly surprised. Possibly the best cheesesteak I've had outside of Philly (my dad's family is from Philly, and my mom's from Baltimore). The bread was good too . Firm enough to not fall apart, but not hard and scratching your gums. The fries were good too. My wife emphatically agreed. It wasn't cheap, but it's definitely worth the cost.

I’ve been here plenty, and I’ll say overall the place is definitely worth checking out at least once if you’re in that fatty, salty, gourmet fast-food type mood, although it has its issues.
Pros: - Food is great overall. - Great portion sizes. - Variety (subs, smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, etc.) - Open very late. - Unique decor and good dine-in experience.
Cons: - Pricey. - Cash only. - Quality of food is somewhat inconsistent. - Drink variety is lackluster. - Considerable wait times, especially when busy or late at night.
My consistent favs have been the PB&J Smash Burger (this item is gone, however, most of their burgers are solid), and the Boom Boom Cheesesteak.
For improvements, I’d like to see this place offer a lunch special and more meal deals, return debit/credit payment, and add more variety with their drink selections.

It breaks my heart leaving a 2 star review but what in the what was that !. Stopped by here wanting to give it a shot ordered the Philly sandwich and I'm sorry worst Philly steak sandwich I ever had in my life. Although I am a native new Yorker I've had it both in Philly and New York (deli) I was hoping it was somewhere in between but it's not it at all ! To give them credit the only appealing thing about my experience was the restaurant but that's all I can genuinely say I really wish I could say more. 1. It's a cash only store the issue is you have one of those card readers and you have a sign that says credit card reader machine is broken I spoke to someone who is a regular and the individual told me it's always been like that. Staff not the worst but isn't the best either the guy who took my order and served me stared at me while I was waiting like a scary face like the heck I'm from out of town give me a break. Now back to the Philly sandwich Beware if you get the sandwich prepare to eat one of the saltiest food you'll ever had no joke !. Saltiness score 4.5/5. I tasted the mayo and cheese whiz I wish there was more the cheese whiz is only coated on the sides there is very little and non mixed into the meat unlike in Philly and NYC(deli) and for $14 I similar to the one I had in NYC for that $14 price tag they have the mayo and cheese whiz mixed in well. I gave them a 2 star review because to me as a foodie myself it wasn't the worst thing I ate and for what it's worth it's the experience that I'll have it once

Worcester location. I ordered a philly sandwich. Meat was very poorly / not seasoned, syraight up meat flavor only and pretty greasy. The biggest issue was half of my sandwich had NO cheese whatsoever. The other side had a very small amount. I asked for more explaining the issue and they acted skeptical. They gave me a tiny condiment cup not even half full of cheese. A philly is meant to be a very cheesy sandwich, its kind of the whole point. Super disappointed, won't be back. Soda was nice.

For a casual dining experience, this is my new woo go to💪 delicious fries, food came out on time, good jams playing, crispy tender moist fried chicken, everything was perfect and even the basic salad my girl got she annihilated. Onion rings were great as well, and I almost never get a good onion ring anywhere. Overall good stuff
They changed the bread and now the “ ziggy bombs” are more like ZIGGY DUDS. Way smaller and less meat.
