i would rather pay for an ice water than only be able to get a small :/ if this is a franchise and the owner's thought is - why can't i get it at home or buy a bottle - i work on the road. if you don't want to give cups out make a charge for it in your register.

Bad customer service, told them what I wanted TWICE and they got it wrong then made fun of me in Portuguese for asking them to fix it thinking I couldn't understand what they were saying. I own a business close by and spend a lot of money at dunkin and will not be going to this location again.

Just got the most disgusting iced coffee I've ever seen. The oat milk is chunky and not mixing with the coffee. It's so weird. Can't even bring myself to drink it.

Went to Dunkin donuts for a breakfast sandwich for me and my brother I got a bacon, egg, and cheese on a toasted plain bagel it was delicious my brother got a bacon, egg and cheese on a plain croissant and it was hard as a rock he was disgusted and said he would never go to Wrentham location ever

I have been going to this Dunkin for years! And today was a frustrating experience for sure! I ordered my iced latte and accidentally ordered it for the Dunkin 15 min down the street, I politely asked if they could make the drink for me as I was late for work on Black Friday. A young boy replied “no we do not own that Dunkin”. As I can understand the employees are not obligated to make my drink, there was no one was in line waiting and I had my receipt of my order as evidence. A little kindness can go a long way, and if kindness is too much, an abrupt, short, rude answer is not the way to go! Speaking from someone who works in customer service, everyone has always been so sweet at that store until this young gentleman! Not wanting to quarrel I just bought the drink again at the store and left…
