Walking into the restaurant it is a cute place. Then the fried food smell hits. Moving past that there is a cute breakfast/lunch counter and icecream section(absolutely no icecream cones are served in dining room). Then to the dining area. It is cramped and weirdly set up. The lighting is less than desirable.
The food...the menu is a very good mix of food. I had the grilled chicken with ravioli and homemade sauce which was good(chicken was thin and a little tough) I loaded on the grated cheese. Others in my party had scallops and lobster tail which they said were good. The sides were less than desirable. Who pairs lobster and scallops with canned carrots, green beans and INSTANT MASHED POTATOES??? Scratching that one off the list.

Great breakfast find on bike adventure.
Large servings and super great service. Hot coffee topped off numerous times. Reasonably priced. Will return. 5 stars.

Sometimes you just want a straightforward, delicious, home-style breakfast that won’t break the bank or take an hour to sit down. Nicky’s delivers exactly that.

Breakfast was great! I had the house special ,French toast, home fries, sausage, and eggs.
Everything was cooked perfectly. The home fries had just the right crisp, not soggy at all.
Portion size was spot on, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
Left feeling full and satisfied. Definitely worth a visit.

Not the friendliest bunch of people. I walked in and it took over 5 minutes to get acknowledged for takeout. I spent over $100.00 on food, which is fine, but to charge $30.00 for a fisherman's platter and get a very small piece of fish was disappointing. I went here because Lindy's was closed. I will spend my money elsewhere. You should always acknowledge people when they walk into your establishment.

Ordered omelet onion peppers mushrooms. The peppers were sour and bitter The omelet was as thin as a creap. I'm going to say 1. Egg not 3 egg and the cheese was runny
