We usually have a great experience at Shake Shack, and today was no exception overall. However, the lemonade was a bit too sour for my taste. I asked a gentleman named Siiren if I could get some sugar for it, and he went above and beyond and he kindly offered to make me a fresh one instead and told me that if I still didn’t like it, he’d help me choose a different drink.

I started avoiding all Shake Shacks because the quality of food, service and cleanliness significantly dropped, compare to a couple years ago.
But we decided to give it a try in Wrenthem, as there were not many other options available. It was better than the others.
They definitely need more seating places. We were very stressed that we can't sit down to eat while lots of people were just looking at phones and not having any food on the tables....
