Disappointed. Service was fine and the people work hard, but the meat literally tasted like pre-bought frozen meat. Quality really needs to go up. First and last time coming here.
This black lady employee has a serious attitude problem. She acts confused when you ask about the meat or your order, but understands perfectly when it comes to the TIP. If you don’t tip, she slams your food down and gives you dirty looks. Tipping is OPTIONAL, especially when the food is already overpriced. Management needs to take this complaint seriously and address her behavior.
This ain't a Philly cheese steak. Lol.
