Pro tip for operating a business: Don't have someone that only speaks broken English answering the phone. It makes it better when there is an issue (delivery not showing up for 2 hours) and you keep calling trying to explain the issue. Crossed this one off the list.

They used fresh eggplant on the sub I got delicious! Not a lot of places use fresh! I was impressed.. Worker super nice 🙂
