My wife and I feel so at home we can’t help but emphasize the comfort and service and cleanliness of this historic inn. The bartender Tara-Jill knows her stuff.

Very beautiful hotel and friendly staff! Bed was a bit squeaky bed. But it sort of added to the charm of the old house. It has a good central location on cape cod and was perfect to explore the area. Also the hotel bar was great. We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come again in the future.

As a local who longs for cocktails of a nostalgic era, I stumbled upon this gem in a rainstorm and was impressed by the variety of high class spirits including Green and Yellow Chartreuse and Foxhave Blue Gin. Get a Ginger Lion from the mixologist Miss Tarajill. Also ask her for a Manhattan with her personal twist and be transported to Patagonia in a glass

We had a great stay at Chapter House in the main building. Jim greeted us very warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lavender spray was a really nice touch! The bar was fun - David and Tara were on duty on the 2 nights we stayed. We had great drinks/cocktails and had a lovely chat! Many thanks to Jim and David for the wonderful recommendations for excursions/restaurants through our stay. We had a wonderful time!

Stunning stay in a historic beauty! Staff was incredibly friendly, continental breakfast parfaits were a huge hit, the bar was fun and we also enjoyed BYOB wine on the gorgeous back stone patio. We stayed in the carriage house - great locale for getting on and off the cape with easy day excursions to wellfleet or Provincetown. Hats off to Jim, the GM that greets you warmly, for all he and his team have done to make this place so special.

I’m so glad my fiancé chose this historic guesthouse for our Cape Cod adventures! Our room was so comfortable and refreshing. Everything was clean and just perfect for us. Kudos to the staff for keeping the fire pit on for a private moment after the bar was closing so we could bond with a super sweet couple of locals. There are a lot of great personalities at The Chapter House Cape Cod. Jim made us laugh and when we tested the mixologist Tara-Jill, she made a great “Trust Me Gypsy Eye.” It was better than a cosmo!! Breakfast was laid back in a good way so we didn’t feel rushed but could get our fill of fruits and renew the ice for our room. Speaking of the comfy room - loved the bed and bathroom and didn’t mind the stairs at all thanks to the bellman who helped us but will stay again just for the mesmerizing fire pit with drinks and yummy breakfast the next day . My favorite thing was how romantic it felt when we went downstairs and walked around the living room having a peaceful morning. Really nice man at check-in even though we were late and he was an Angel for helping with our suitcases. Please don’t change a thing about this historic romantic getaway especially the Gypsy Eyes cocktail and the fire pit

The bar here is wonderful and Tara-Jill makes the most inventive delicious martinis and drinks. Cool vibe at this historic hotel. The owner Phil is so welcoming. The outside space with fire pit is gorgeous. Great space even for cooler weather!

This inn has undergone a full renovation and is family friendly. We spent a few nights in the carriage house enjoying the comfortable mattresses and personal attention. It’s the little things that make an inn feel like home. David greeted us on arrival and cheerfully provided some tips for navigating the area. We loved when he said “Welcome home” when we returned from our all day trip to P-town. We slept well. The lavender spray is a nice touch and smells great on the pillows. Nice comfortable linens. Helpful friendly staff and a balanced breakfast with local coffee and yogurt with fresh fruit and pastries. Manager Jim left a personalized note and made us feel welcome from the get go. The bar was an added delight we hadn’t excepted. Tara-Jill the resident mixologist not only makes her own delicious cocktails but explained how to make them- highly recommend the Italian Old Fashioned and Ginger Lion. The Habenero smoked oysters are served with warm bread and a selection of peppers. The fire pit is not to be missed and the young man who served our Conservas went out of his way to make sure we had enough bread and butter. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with Phil about tinned fish and European wine. My two areas for improvement are minor. Sports on television in public areas and more information in each room about which restaurants deliver to the area and when. It wasn’t clear that we had to ask for full room service and that could be emphasized. The staff were more than adaptable and helpful when we did ask. Overall a comfortable and clean stay in a historic building with period furniture, a great breakfast, with staff who went above and beyond. Location is perfect for beach and restaurants, but this is the spot to call home for a night or several. Thank you Jim!

We can’t wait to come back east and stay at this place! Jim was great and texted us with details, Tara-Jill is a superb mixologist and works at the bar downstairs, and Phil was fun to visit with at the bar. The tin can selections are so fun and yummy. Our room was perfect and we loved the small touches like the pillow spray, personalized welcome card, and taffy. The back yard is beautiful and always clean. The morning breakfast had such a cute set up and felt personalized. This place is walking distance to some food and about a 12 min drive to Hyannis where you can take the ferry to Nantucket. This isn’t a place for you if you’re looking for clubs/nightlife. But if you’re looking for a low key and quiet area, Yarmouth great spot for you.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Chapter House! The location is ideal near several beautiful beaches including our favorite - Corporation Beach which is just up the street. The property is lovely with a perfect combination of antique charm and modern decor. Our room had a beautiful four poster bed and a clean, spacious bath. The king-sized bed was very comfortable and Silvia the owner even provided a complimentary roll away bed for our daughter. Nice touches include a pillow spray, high thread count sheets, beach chairs/towels, and a fireplace all of which added to the ambience. The breakfast each morning was delicious and included wonderful pastries from Underground Bakery, yogurt parfaits, overnight oats and quiche along with juices, tea and coffee (with several milk choices!). The bar offered creative cocktails and on trend tapas concocted by owner Phil. Tara is a talented and friendly mixologist! The grounds are beautifully landscaped with a fire pit overlooking a large grassy yard with Adirondack chairs. We can't wait to return!

We wanted something centrally located on the Cape and this worked out great. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were perfect. With the bar and the outdoor fire pit, it was really a relaxing place to spend the evening. Definitely would stay again!

We booked a room on short notice at the Chapter House and are so glad that we found this adorable inn on Cape Cod. Phil is an extremely nice host who showed us everything, including giving us great recommendations for food options nearby. Very nice room and amazing bed. The breakfast including overnight oats were the perfect start in the day. We will definitely come back and stay at the Chapter House.

Kudos to Phil and friends. Such a welcoming place..Everything is updated, but retains a creaky period charm. Rooms are super comfortable, as are the common areas.. Local pastries and Overnight oatmeal are delicious in the morning with good company and good coffee...We were very much at home in a special place...Highly recommended, and thanks for such a lovely stay.,
