Great red sangria, fish and chips/tartar are fairly bland, fennel cole slaw was a hit, burger was good, pork belly and truffle fries were wicked salty (and I love salt). Pizza was perfect and the chowder was also delish.
It’s good that they don’t have a huge menu. Just the right amount to have a good quality of food. Nice variety of wines, the carpaccio and the wild boar ragout we had was very tasty. Also the service was very attentive.
The food quality is good, however, for 24.00, the 6” pizza should have had toppings. It should be low prices or small portions. Not super high prices and small portions.
We drove past this place so many times and had no idea what we were missing! The food and drinks are incredible!
We arrived at Grill 43 at 4:45, right after they opened. We were seated right away. The menu was unique, and the food was delicious.
I went to Grill 43 for the first time and was blown away. The dining room, bar area and outside dining are all nicely appointed to create a very comfortable and casual dining experience. The staff was very friendly and professional from the hostess to the waiter(Paul, who was awesome!) to the expediter. We had a few of their cocktails: Their version of a Moscow mule and a drink called a In-Di-Go-Go with blueberry vodka and other magical ingredients-it was awesome! Both drinks were tasty with a cool presentation. We had the Bistro Salad, which was great for sharing which had a fantastic dressing with crisp greens, then onto dinner where I had the Halibut with Vegetables and my date had the Calamari Appetizer. The halibut was cooked perfectly and had an amazing mixture of contrasting flavorful vegetables(I could have had just the veggies and been happy, they were that good!) and the calamari was perfectly fried with great dipping sauces. We didn't have room for desert but will be returning soon for the vanilla bean crème brulee. I loved it!!
Great find on 6A! Friendly staff and server Kayla amazingly attentive and caring. Calamari and pizza slightly underdone, there that is the 4.0… carpaccio clam chowder oysters fish and chips and were great. The burger on another level, maybe the best burger I’ve ever had. The caveat, I haven’t had a burger in six months, and the truffle fries were tasty
Started with a caesar then we Split the two person steak and still had left overs absolutely delicious. Will go back soon.
the grill has good food friendly service and a resl great burger something you really must try and their drink specials are really good
Food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was unique. I’ve never seen a Caesar salad served in quite this unique way. And it served too but could probably serve three. It was served on a chilled slate platter. Homemade dressing and plenty of Parmesan cheese. The special of the night was a delicious haddock Over pasta with an arugula pesto that was so delicious. My husband got a cheeseburger and fries that looked gourmet! My mother-in-law ordered the Cod and hers was just as flaky and delicious as my haddock. We topped off the night with the crème brûlée that was out of this world creamy and delicious. Service was wonderful and the chef was personable! I did not find that the prices were unreasonable.

This restaurant is a good place to visit. It is a bit pricey for small portions. The food is good but we were not served or offered bread.
Jeremiah has to be the best chef on cape cod…. From the halibut to pizza everything is well prepared, fresh and flavorful….. Salmon rillett which we had tonight had a wonderful subtle flavor that belied the complexity of the dish. One critique the fries are always slightly salty. Our place for a special meal!!!! P&H
My husband & I visited this restaurant for dinner on our 21st wedding anniversary. We’re pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was. I wasn’t to crazy about the bench style seating arrangement but we were seated by a window and I never was very crowded, so we didn’t feel crowded in. Paul was our waiter & he was ever so attentive and made great suggestions. The clam chowder was the best we both had ever tasted. You could tell it was homemade & the chef really knew what he was doing! I ordered the aged ribeye (supposed to be for 2 people ) ..it was huge! But not only was it huge … it was delicious! Perfectly seasoned… I asked Paul for the salt but I was mistaken this meat was so perfectly seasoned that it didn’t need anything. I ate the whole thing & took the bone home for my dogs. My husband loved his pizza & burger. The wine suggested by Paul was a great choice. A nice Cabernet that paired nicely with everything. We just moved to Yarmouth Port in August 2021 & this place was an incredible find! We live 5 minutes away in Yarmouth Port, so we will be frequent visitors. Can’t say anything bad about this place.
Friendly service, great presentation delicious unique foods. Lucky to get parking with others as we arrived and in turn leaving. I loved watching the pizza oven chef too.
Great dinner, interesting Caesar salad presentation complete with white anchovies, tuna tartare exceptional, duck is my favorite entree, fresh local fish always a winning choice. Finished with satisfying creme brulee. Don't miss this restaurant while on Cape Cod.
