Young lady at window on 4/21/24 was rude and dismissive when I asked her how to redeem pints from the app…. She said “ I have no idea “ and was visibly annoyed with me for even asking. This is totally unacceptable. Your staff need to be educated in customer service and need to know how to treat people.
