Dunkin' stores on Cape Cod were drive through only at the time of our visit, due to COVID. Service was fast and efficient.Coffee just as good as you'd get at Starbucks.Lost a star because, for some reason, what I considered to be extra, mostly unnecessary questions always seemed to arise about coffee orders. It’s your typical little dunkins tucked away inside one half of a speedway convenience store. No seats to sit if you’re interested in dining in, it’s strictly grab and go! Service is generally pretty good and they’re usually not out of anything I want in the pastry/donut case. We did have one oopsie recently though, my boyfriend got a breakfast sandwich and the paper that they put inbetween slices of cheese was still in the sandwich! Usually Dunkins is a quick fix. But the training of these sweet kids behind the register was either not good or they just didn't understand English, or it was so noisy, no one could hear what was being ordered or all of the above. One of the people waiting for their order started helping others by distributing theirs. Mine was completely wrong but the funniest was the guy I overheard say "how hard is it to order a black coffee?""""" But really, it was a lot of fun to experience...read full review
