The last two times I’ve been through the drive-through in the morning. My order has been completely wrong, even though it comes up correct on the screen. I don’t know who’s back there but it’s wrong. My other order was burnt so bad. I couldn’t eat it. This one I don’t know what they put on. It wasn’t an English muffin. I don’t like to complain. I really don’t. Your workers seemed great, but I don’t know who’s putting together the food but I’m really upset. It’s not OK. I go there every day and I’m not going back again.

legit the slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to. waited in line for nearly 30 minutes without moving (only two cars in front of us) and you’d think like oh the people before must've ordered a ton of food right? nope, literally just coffee. finally we pull up to the window to get our food and we have to wait an additional 10 minutes as they BEGAN making our order…..like what’s going on team not normally a person to leave reviews but this was cray. probably should've just driven away after a certain point but when u commit u commit

I spent $20 on a mobile order with a gift card yesterday and when I arrived for pickup I was told they don’t have anything. Anything? It was food and munchkins and I know they were just being lazy. Anyway I asked for the refund on a gift card because there is no way to refund through the app. The girl was super rude and yelling at me that she can’t issue gift cards which is total bs. We just left because that’s so insane but I would avoid this place if you don’t want to be out of money and get yelled at by a bitchy highschool girl

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! I was here on Saturday morning and I waited for my food for about 30 minutes. They are clearly understaffed as you could see everyone was running and still the queue was all the way back to the door. I also asked for a box for my sandwiches and one of the employees tried to help me but the manager very rudely told me they can just give me bags for sandwiches and not boxes (even if my bag was clearly very full). I was there today and had the same experience, a 20 to 30 minutes long wait for my coffee and food. 0/5 don’t recommend.
