Whenever I visit this place, it reminds me of a liminal space, so we have that going for it. However, I don't really like the hours here. If you need breakfast for the next morning, it can be hard to acquire from here. The donuts are good enough, but when better options are up the road, can you really go here?

I come here atleast every Saturday before work, it takes a little longer than it should but it’s fine. Until today whenever I PRE ordered my 1 bagel and 2 drinks. It took me 15 minutes to drive there. Once I got there I waited 45 minutes before they said anything to me. Other people had the same issue a when they tried asking they were ignored. When I finally said something, they said “wait a minute” so they could do the drive through and walk in orders. If I PRE ordered something it should come first. I ended up ditching it and I was extremely late for work. I ended up going to a different one. I did not get a refund. I am very upset

The place was packed out at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning. And a staff of six heroically work their butts off to please a Sunday morning back home from the cape crowd. I felt like they needed the encouragement so I yelled out to the staff thank you for doing a great job God bless you all!. When you're dealing with a crowd like this serving can be a thankless job, but felt like they needed to hear it. Thank you Dunkin Donuts for above and beyond first class service with a smile!
Typical Dunkin. Clean and fast. I really like the iced coffee with an espresso shot. Don't care for the food but you know what you're getting.

Terrible service at this Dunkin. They took too long to give me my order and it was poorly made. You can also tell the employees are unmotivated all you can hear is the manager yelling at them

The most sluggish staff I’ve ever seen. 20 min for a donut is crazy having in mind we are 3 people in line

The last two times I’ve been through the drive-through in the morning. My order has been completely wrong, even though it comes up correct on the screen. I don’t know who’s back there but it’s wrong. My other order was burnt so bad. I couldn’t eat it. This one I don’t know what they put on. It wasn’t an English muffin. I don’t like to complain. I really don’t. Your workers seemed great, but I don’t know who’s putting together the food but I’m really upset. It’s not OK. I go there every day and I’m not going back again.

legit the slowest dunkin i’ve ever been to. waited in line for nearly 30 minutes without moving (only two cars in front of us) and you’d think like oh the people before must've ordered a ton of food right? nope, literally just coffee. finally we pull up to the window to get our food and we have to wait an additional 10 minutes as they BEGAN making our order…..like what’s going on team
not normally a person to leave reviews but this was cray. probably should've just driven away after a certain point but when u commit u commit
