I wish I could give them ZERO stars.Over two years of highly negative reviews about their poor customer service, and not one thing has changed. Way to go, Dunkin.Five simple coffees, and after sitting at the window waiting for ten minutes, EVERY one of our coffees was wrong, as well as the tea. With the order printed and stuck on the side of the cup, there is no reason to get any drink orders wrong. Yet they did. How do you screw up a cup of tea?? Staff were colliding with one another, screaming out orders, and we could hear so many customers at the counter complaining their orders were wrong. Not one person was working together to complete orders correctly and on time. It was like there wasn’t even a manager on shift coordinating things. If there was a manager, he/she should be fired for their inability to run a shift correctly.Every person on shift now should be absolutely ashamed of their own efforts.

This place was a joke. Roughly 10 or more kids (high schoolers I suppose) working behind the counter but it still took 15 minutes to get two iced coffees. No joke, it’s the most employees I have ever seen in a dunkin, but the service was so slow. One guy was simply hanging over the counter macking it to a lady for the whole time I was there. Like a dunkin run by children. The manager needs to get to work honey.

Went in today and they forgot about me. I was waiting over 30 minutes to get my food and the line filled and cleared 5 times with everyone being helped except me. They completely messed up. I had to remind them and there was no explanation given or no apology. I will not be returning back to this location. Horrible service. Food is cold now because of this mess. 0 stars.

Parking is TRASH. Messed up our ENTIRE order. They dont have ears that listen very well. Not a good dunkin, plenty of other options. My mother states it was an awful experience.Parking: Fits Four cars but the lot is filled with drive through cars. No space for walk in ordering.

This is one of my two favorite locations. The staff is so friendly and down to Earth. I always order my stuff on the app, and then pick it up in the drive thru. The whole process couldn’t be more smooth. This location does (unfortunately) get very busy in the summer due to the traffic on 28. The traffic makes me try to avoid going to this location, because it becomes a 30 minute errand instead of a 10-15 minute round trip. I would say that’s basically the only “negative”. I am a Dunkin Donuts connoisseur?, and this is definitely one of the best locations out of allllllllll the ones I have visited.Kid-friendliness: My kid is with me all the time. It’s no issue!Parking: Plenty of spots at this one!
it's just a very clean and good service just like all the others but I recommend getting their app because you can get so many free things and every month they have offers you can get that you can't get inside the place or at the drive-thru so go online and look up I've been using it and I'm always the one to go get coffee people give me the cash and then I get the points and free!!!?Vegetarian options: they will make you a breakfast sandwich without meat it's no problem. other than that there's no other meat to order in the place I'm not sure what vegan actually means but it's a coffee shop so there's no vegetables or anything like
I absolutely love to go to this Dunkin' donuts and get my caramel macchiato there's a guy there named Sean his beverages always come out perfect store was recently revamped for the season has more of a New York Coffee House vibe it is one of the faster ones for the town of Yarmouth and it normally is the one that doesn't screw your coffee up as far as Yarmouth locations go but if you want a specialty drink I would definitely ask for Sean to make it
