Was in there a year ago with a special order that is on the menu but not known to many managers or employees. Went back today and the manager Tom remembered me and my order !!!! Thousands of customers in a year and still knew my order. What a memory and attention to detail !!!! Thanks Tom 👍
Brand new building. The staff is...fast food. What do you expect? The food is... again, what do you expect? The shake machine is down, the ice cream machine is down...😆 Sometimes the fries are fresh...
The thing is, my mom worked at a McDonald's when I was a kid (I'm 49, for context) and the franchise hasn't really changed their policies over the years. Rule Number One (at least it was in 1981): NEVER serve French fries that aren't HOT and FRESH....

Everything was pretty good, but upon arrival the ordering screens were not working and the staff were not interested in fixing them, so we had to order at the table. Despite this the food was good and tasty and the service was not bad either
