Not sure why. But it seems the bacon on the burgers gets cooked at the beginning of the day and just sits out all day to be used as needed. We've eaten here, or ordered out, 4 times over the last few years and every time the burgers have been dry as all get out. Little to no sauce, the burger meat was also dry and over cooked and the bacon wasn't even really edible. Like chewing leather, as i said, like it sat out all day. We've given you guys many chances and tried it again and again. Same result every time. We've just decided not to order here anymore...
The poutines have been good half the time, the other half way to salty. We tried the chicken poutine, and the again, the chicken was dry n hard bits. *On a bright note. Curly fries are amazing. Onion rings are amazing. Environment is amazing. Service is always excellent. Really not trying to be negative. But it's just been over n over the same thing...we just can't be bothered to return.

I had the 747 and my son had the Patty Melt. We were fortunate to get to have the presence of a hummingbird for a bit. The little bugger was hard to capture a picture with being so fast. Lol

Ate here with my family and had the best time ever! On the particular day I went there was live music which added to the homey atmosphere. Had a beautiful chat with one of the managers about the establishment and immediately knew that I was going to be coming back. The staff were extremely friendly, food came out fast and hot regardless of the HUGE crowd that was drawn. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves delicious food and great ambiance.

To start,a 45 minute wait when it really wasn't busy. Chicken sandwich, foot long, half order of fries. Chicken burger was dry my husband was told they have no mayo at all. Footlong was okay. French fries were good. Staff was rude when my husband when to get a pack of mustard. Most likely won't be back again. Need to improve your service

everything was fantastic except for one rather important detail: the Reuben Sandwich was a HUGE disappointment!! It did not taste like a Reuben sandwich. The corned beef is cut in a julienne fashion, not shaved, the sauerkraut was too mild. No sign of thousand island dressing. Huge sandwich which is a plus but no - this is not a Reuben, sorry.
