Visited the Blue Haze food truck at an event and they were kind enough to give me my pulled pork without sauce since I’m allergic to a ton of ingredients. The pulled pork on its own was incredibly flavourful and so delicious. Thank you Blue Haze! I’ll have to go check out the Beausejour location one day.
Blue Haze BBQ served our wedding on September 22nd, 2023.We had beef brisket, chicken bbq, and vegan entrees with coleslaw, corn salad, lettuce tomato cucumber salad as the main dishes and apple-cinnamon pies. Everyone loved these wonderful foods.The reason why we chose this place: We had had a list of caterers, and we planned to visit all the places to try their food. Amazing! Blue Haze is top notch bbq! Ordered for an office party, brisket, chicken, baby potatoes, coleslaw, beans and mac and cheese. The brisket was out of this world, completely cleaned out. Everything else was exceptional and very enjoyed. Super reasonable prices, on time delivery and came piping hot! Highly recommend!
