Blue Haze has catered my customer appreciation lunch for 3 years now and keep outdoing themselves! This years brisket was falling apart tender and full of flavour. Reasonable pricing and delivery service has helped this decision every year. They are very easy and friendly to deal with. Every meal has been top notch, hearing only compliments from my customers I will be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

Recently had blue haze cater our wedding, every thing was absolutely delicious. We had the brisket, chicken, street corn, potatoes, Mac and cheese and Caesar salad. No complaints whatsoever about any of the above, infact it's been days and people won't shut up about how good the meal was! Would highly recommend them!
Blue Haze catered my wedding a few weeks ago and everyone was so happy with the meal! I am still having guests let me know how great the food is. Jason was great to work with and answered all my questions :)

We had Blue Haze before our wedding, and as a guest, it was one of our favourite wedding meals. Booking with them was a breeze. Everyone I communicated with was kind. We originally wanted a plated dinner and got quoted from three different catering services for 10-12k for 100 people. Buffet options were around 8-11k as well. For Blue Haze, we paid 5k for 107 people, including gratuity- for delicious food. The only downside was they don’t offer appetizers. We did end up getting another company to pass out hors d’oeuvres and it was still more budget friendly than other quotes we got!

Got their pulled pork and brisket sandwich $21. Bun was not fresh, hard as a rock, and slightly frozen in the middle. Recently thawed out old bun. Very disappointed.
Everyone around us was tossing their buns and eating the meat only with forks.
Also, I asked the less than friendly and kinda rude staff to cut sandwich in half, but they can't because of cross contamination for gluten free folks, fine, then offer plastic knives? they don't. They are very unfriendly and seemed bothered by the customers, no efforts given, all business.. pay and leave...
They used to be the only real BBQ option around, but with BBQ now in Winnipeg and Steinbach, i'll personally just skip this place going forward
