This is twice now I've wasted both my time and my money at this location using the Subway application and have been screwed. The person whom I spoke to over the phone was genuinely nice and I hope only the best for their future; but the gentleman who I believe to be the manager is a condescending rude person. He's been there for years and continues to be one of the most indescribably bankrupt of genuine care for the position he maintains and the customers he serves. I can't imagine the stress the employees are under beneath the ire of such an afflicting man.

Worst customer service ever. Not only does the app never work the treatment you get in store is not worth the hassle at this location. Horrible management. Stay far away. Support a locally owned business in town, and never give these people the business they do not deserve!

The dining area is filthy, food on the table,seats, and floor. You can see layers of dust and crumbs on the counter from days of improper wiping.
The brisket was cold in the center, the cold table (where they keep the produce when building the food) was left wide open with missing inserts so I doubt the vegetables table was at the proper temperature. The cookies were stale and hard.
The service while he was friendly needs more training. No sense of urgency so everything was slow and kept forgetting what he was making even though it was just a standard #9 plus banana peppers. After he was done he forgot what he made and asked what it was. While I’m not saying I could’ve gotten away with saying a cheaper sub it definitely did look possible with how unsure he was.
It’s very obvious this location needs retraining from the top down if they believe this is adequate.

My service was excellent; the guy making my food was very nice and my sandwich tasted excellent.

Poorly made sub. No attention to how a sandwich should be made. I miss the days of subway sandwich artists. Laying all the toppings in the middle and closing up the bread does not work for a sandwich...that is a wrap or a pit.

Tall red head served me very nicely very nice customer care understood what I was saying perfectly place was very clean wasn’t a spot on the floor food was great haven’t had subway in ages took me back to when I was young
Went to Subway.. and was Blown away of how much the Guy was VERY RUDE!. The first guy that took our order was nice but the second guy kept rolling his eyes when I asked for more things on my salad... it's like he didn't want to Serve us. .. I know I sound like a Karen. Lol but I was just so Shocked of how I was treated tonight. Just want to say it was on Oct 24, 2024 at 730.. hoping the Manager sees this.
