The dining area is filthy, food on the table,seats, and floor. You can see layers of dust and crumbs on the counter from days of improper wiping.
The brisket was cold in the center, the cold table (where they keep the produce when building the food) was left wide open with missing inserts so I doubt the vegetables table was at the proper temperature. The cookies were stale and hard.
The service while he was friendly needs more training. No sense of urgency so everything was slow and kept forgetting what he was making even though it was just a standard #9 plus banana peppers. After he was done he forgot what he made and asked what it was. While I’m not saying I could’ve gotten away with saying a cheaper sub it definitely did look possible with how unsure he was.
It’s very obvious this location needs retraining from the top down if they believe this is adequate.

Poorly made sub. No attention to how a sandwich should be made. I miss the days of subway sandwich artists. Laying all the toppings in the middle and closing up the bread does not work for a sandwich...that is a wrap or a pit.

Went to Subway.. and was Blown away of how much the Guy was VERY RUDE!. The first guy that took our order was nice but the second guy kept rolling his eyes when I asked for more things on my salad... it's like he didn't want to Serve us. .. I know I sound like a Karen. Lol but I was just so Shocked of how I was treated tonight. Just want to say it was on Oct 24, 2024 at 730.. hoping the Manager sees this.

Had a breakfast bun Was just disappointed their potatoe buns ls nothing more than a dinner roll 5$ and change. and half strip bacon Should have ordered sub bun but too late after heating

The place is getting very dirty. They have not cleaned their windows in years, the floors are wet with soft drinks, and the self-serve area is filthy. They are also now scamming customers and reducing the slices of meat on their subs. I had a foot-long turkey sub with just a few slices of turkey, not five as required per half. What a shame, and the manager should really apologize! Maybe its time to move on!

This subway is always squeaky clean, and the subs I’ve ordered have all tasted good with fair portions. Staff is hit or miss - some are super smiley, welcoming, and happy to be of service and others act like you’re an inconvenience. Don’t take a job in the service industry if you genuinely don’t like people. ;)
