Okay, I understand that your drive-thru times are a measure of performance, but keeping one lane closed, telling us to wait at the speaker, or telling us to pull around to the front after paying to falsify your times is kind of stupid. Also, (pic attached) are you guys just done even pretending to try now? If there was another tims within a half-hour, I'd drive out of my way to avoid this one.

i recently visited tim hortons and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and quickly with my order, and the coffee was fresh and hot.The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming- perfect for a quick breakfast or coffee break.

All Tim Hortons have gone down hill, but this one specifically lacks customer service. I only use the drive thru so I don’t expect amazing service. However I do expect common courtesy and good manners. I find the staff don’t use “please” or “thank you” or “can I get you anything else”. There is a lack of energy as well. It seems everyone is miserable and doesn’t even speak a word to me when I get to the window. I have never been greeted with a smile and “Hi” “good morning” “how are you”. And I am always the one who says “thank you have a good day” and they don’t even say it back. Please put friendly, clear English speaking workers in the front of house!

Allot of the times they charge you double. I got a life coffee it said $3 on the screen but was charged $7. Sometimes at night they say cash only and double charged you for what u get. Just a scam going there

The lady who helped us today is alway's great nice her name is Amtoj everytime I get served by her it is exceptional service and only 1 other guy who also who is very great with service not sure his name he's not in today which was kinda sad not seeing him but these 2 worker's are very kind and fast and nice never have had a bad experience with these 2 worker's but I wouldn't go out of my way to say something nice about m7ch of the other 1 but these 2 exceptional
