My friend and I went in 01/11/26 around noon, not sure who the girl was as we didn’t get her name but we loved her so much. She was super sweet and patient when we had extra questions for her about orders. One of the best drinks and croffles I’ve had there too!
Waited 30 mins before we got our order. Ube macapuno tasted like powdered drink that you can buy in asian store. Passion fruit tea 1/10. Doesn’t even have seeds that comes with the syrup.
Used to absolutely love buying from this business, however the last few times the drinks have been just awful.
This was the final time we will spend $20 for two drinks that have absolutely no flavour and are unmixed.
Edit: Plus seem to be out of the free tapioca pearls last couple times we have gone.
First time trying this place. Just bought a taro and coconut bubble tea and it was literally drinking a big cup of skim milk with no flavor and very few tapioca balls. Super disappointed and Unfortunately not going to come again.
Great tea love this place. It is usually fairly fast.

Friendly, and kind staff, first time ever trying you out and was very happy with everything!
I appreciated how friendly and sweet both the women behind the counter were and alongside my family they made everything quick and it was incredibly good!
I will absolutely return and mention to others to try you out!

I got to experience the Takoyaki at the recent Taste of Brandon Festival. It was delicious and may be my new favourite thing. I will definitely be going to their store location and having it again. I’m looking forward to trying out their bubble tea.

OMG took the kids for first time last night and each one (5) got something different, and each one was so amazing. Definitely coming back here for our next bubble tea. The customer service was awesome, friendly and quick. 💞🌷
I love the bubble tea here because I didn’t have to wait very long for it to come! There were lots of flavours to choose from, and there were also smoothies. My kids got to choose which ones they liked, and they also enjoyed it! Also like the fact that if you bring back your own cup, you get a discount! Way to keep the earth clean while keeping customers happy! The staff were very friendly and one even recommended a drink to my niece, who enjoyed it alot! My favorite is definitely the strawberry, because it tasted like strawberries, and it had a hint of tea. ( 75% Sugar )
Dietary restrictions: Their drinks are lactose-free, and you can also pick the percentage of sugar that goes into your drink, which is very thoughtful and considerate.

Tried popping boba for the first time. Was alright. This place has good service tho!
Decent and good selection of drinks considering how difficult it is to source suppliers and this being Brandon. Staff are personable and helpful with their explanation & recommendation if you're new to the BBT scene. The takoyaki batter sometimes are a bit too thick but their steamed buns are delicious. The fruit tea series are refreshing. Add popping boba for a fun and tasty experience!
