Used the drive thru for 2 burger order.(teen/mozza). Received 2 teens, super dry meat with a stale bun, and barely any condiments and 3 granuals of seasoning salt on the side id requested. Rude worker that i had to repeat my order to 3x and then got wrong burger. Left vm for someone to call me with details of events and have heard nothing.

It's a bit of a tradition with my daughter that we stop in for a burger when we go on our 'exploring' drives. The burgers were good but the miniscule amount of fries one gets was VERY disappointing. A&W is very quickly pricing themselves out of reach for me, particularly if they keep shrinking the size of their fries and such. It was a disappointing visit in that regard.

I ordered a papa burger with bacon. They changed me for the bacon, but guess what? No bacon. This is one place I won't be going to anymore.

This is the cleanest A&W I've ever visited. I checked out the kitchen, and every station was spotless. The employee was even measuring the temperature of all the meat burgers. I was really impressed.

We stopped for lunch on July 13, 2024 at about 11:30 am. The gal who took our order was pleasant and let us know our food would be brought out to us when it was ready. When it came , it was hot and very tasty! I hope the people who worked that shift get this message! Also, the restaurant was very clean, as well as the washrooms. Very pleasantly surprised!

Typical A&W restaurant, hard, uncomfortable seats. Limited menu, but mostly good for fast food. No gluten free options available (none advertised anyway). Clerk taking our order was unengaged, impersonal, like he could care less if you were there or not. Not a pleasant experience. Clerk that gave us the meal was friendly, smiled and thanked us, wishing us a good day. A pleasant experience compared to taking the order.
Dietary restrictions: No allowances for individuals requiring gluten free items was apparent.
