The experience was like no other. That coffee tasted like coffee. And that shake, presumably, was shaken. The machine that did the shaking of the shake so it got shaken was shaking it. It was quite beautiful and I would come here again just to watch the shaking machine shake the shake.

Well staffed but extremely dirty. Dining area floor was greasy and unswept, trash bits all over, table surfaces with residue and salt. Trash cans inside and out were overflowing Concerned the kitchen would be equally unkempt.
Food hygiene was a concern . Did not order.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I Went inside for two orders of sweet potato fries and saw the ppl working in the back, not a single one wearing hair nets or gloves while handing ppls food, One guy was wiping counter tops with a dirty rag and touching burger buns out of the bags with the same hand he had the rag in. Absolutely disgusting!! Will never be going here again!!
Used the drive thru for 2 burger order.(teen/mozza). Received 2 teens, super dry meat with a stale bun, and barely any condiments and 3 granuals of seasoning salt on the side id requested. Rude worker that i had to repeat my order to 3x and then got wrong burger. Left vm for someone to call me with details of events and have heard nothing.

It's a bit of a tradition with my daughter that we stop in for a burger when we go on our 'exploring' drives. The burgers were good but the miniscule amount of fries one gets was VERY disappointing. A&W is very quickly pricing themselves out of reach for me, particularly if they keep shrinking the size of their fries and such. It was a disappointing visit in that regard.
