Customer service is totally unacceptable. I am a vegetarian. I often go there ask about hashbrown in a bun manager do that for me but the staff they told we will give you a bun and a hashbrowon in separate bag. They cannot able to give me onions. They told me that you have to put ketchup and mayo in the bun by yourself. and when I said it okay I don’t want it lady told me you have to pay now it is ready. I paid it and I left my order and then they send a customer to my table to deliver my food. I told the him(customer). I don’t want it. Then he garbage the food. I paid $5.25 for a bun and hashbrown. Time 13:50pm. Wednesday. 13 September 2023

We were driving down the street and noticed that this was the only place open. We went through the drive thru and got our food. The employees were friendly and fast. The burgers were perfect. I'm so glad I got to give them a try.

Takes about 30 minutes to get ur order. Slow service and staff don’t care about customers needs, treating complaints like a joke. They had been putting a sweet mayo on their jr buddy ckn burgers which I don’t like. so I get a regular cubby burger because I know that mayo is not sweet. Only to have them give me a full sized chubby burger with the jr chubby sweet mayo on it. When I told them the wrong sauce was used they tried to tell me nothing has changed and all sauces are correct. The website states it’s the same mayo but u get a different sauce on these burgers. One is sweet other is regular mayo. It’s become obvious they are either not labeling sauce correctly or not able to tell the difference between them. The cook would only give me refund after she called manager on her personal phone because she wanted to insist that’s what I get. Hate having to argue with staff at this location about quality and wait time. I’m a regular customer and I’m regularly disappointed. Go to any other location this one is not worried about their mistakes and don’t care about customers. They also don’t give receipts and I get the feeling they probably mock u once you make a complaint and leave

I Ordered a chicken burger and After already eating a big bite I noticed the burger was completely raw this is a health hazard it’s absolutely disgusting that I ate that and when I asked for a refund and the burger recooked I was denied what a joke! If I could give 0 stars I would

Ordered through their mobile app. Derek said that they don't serve this item after 5 and didn't offer alternative. Customers service is the worst. They didn't even bother replying!
The staff there on 18th st Brandon are amazing. I usually go there in the mornings. The older staff are kind and refill my coffee with a smile, this is nice. Thats why I like going there. Cant wait to get the breakfast and just enjoy my coffee.
