Was greeted at the door by a lovely young male host who was helpful and very respectful. Things went south from there with a server who didn’t pay attention, had an attitude and was seen laughing with the manager when I asked to speak to the manager almost on a mocking way. The chicken was so dry it could have broken the plate if you banged it very hard, the waiter stated “it must be Darrin working in the kitchen” when I mentioned the dry chicken. Service was slow, they moderately busy and almost empty by the time we left. Entrees were served at various different times. The icing on the cake was when a waitress delivered our entrees, knocked a fork off the table and both her and our waiter left it on the floor and it was the young male host who came over and picked it up, the only person in the place with any common sense and respect. Utterly appalling!

Went there for a meal today, hostess didn’t even smile once and she looked like she sure didn’t want to be there… kind of a bad start to service. I had ordered their Bourbon chicken and shrimp, only good think about the meal was the mushrooms and shrimp, everything else tasted bland. The chicken didn’t have any flavour and was dry. I have to say it has seem to slip on the service side and atmosphere. We go usually 2-3 times a month and the last couple times don’t feel like they use too. Just not as friendly with the kids seemed very short on all levels of service and attitude. We had a birthday and the name was very easy and they kept calling the birthday girl the wrong name. Just feels different in many aspects not like it use to be.
UPDATE: Had to change to a one star, as Jim the Director of operations asked me to email him which I did right away. He explained and asked for my number that someone would reach out and no one to this date has.
