Hey I want to say this because it happening numerous times when i go there for order red juice every time they said their machine is not woking all time i have to order smoothie instead juice . I donot know why they doing all time . I can undestand happen once in while but not every single time when i go over there. I feel kind of they just refuse the order i want to do and making me to do another order. Also the staff or whoever in the morning time they are so rude. I just want to you please get this into your concern. If i have to order smoothies instead of juice why did you guys putting it on you menu even if the machine broken

Disappointing Experience
I’ve visited this juice shop multiple times, hoping to finally try their juice, but every time, I get the same excuse – either their juicer is broken or they don’t have the ingredients. What’s the point of a juice shop that never has juice? It’s frustrating and a complete waste of time. If they can’t maintain their equipment or stock basic ingredients, they shouldn’t be in business. Definitely wouldn’t recommend unless they get their act together!

Went there this week for the name of the day and he said my account didn’t apply for the win, that it had to send me a specific QR code if I am selected. So I need to be lucky twice? My name selected and flagged in the app? He said it’s in the fine print. I looked all over the website promotional material, social media, and couldn’t find anything about this. Seems like they just don’t want to support this promotion or give good customer service to a loyal customer. I go there once in a while for smoothies so this was an upsetting experience. If I cannot trust a promotion to be followed by the business why would I return? On a regular day, customer service is alright and basic. Thank you.

Worker is consistently rude every time I have went. Was supposed to get a free smoothie from the names being called in February and he wouldn’t give it to us when we had ID and proof we had an account and blamed it on us for not having our account set up properly. I asked how to fix it and he didn’t help with that either. Terrible customer service

Worst experience ever in the booster juice the person who serve the drinks is so rudely behaviour never make eye contact and in each and every sentence he told us out of stock. Not even he give me extra straw and and when we asking for washroom at that moment he ask me for order first seriously this is your service not even that guy trust us.

I have to agree with other negative reviews. This Brandon Location have the worst customer service and this is not going to change. The staff will remains the same. He is very arrogant and made the worst taste smoothie ever!! Other location makes a better taste smoothie than this location🤢🤮. He will not offer you a free booster option unless you tell him. If you order online and pick it up. He will make you wait if there is a customer in the store. The smoothies were ready but he doesn’t ask if you are here for pick up but made you wait. By the time I retrieved my orders, they were water down and not have the smoothies texture. No appreciation for regular customers. I wish we have another location here in town with a different owner and management team. I truly believe that all the negative reviews are legitimate for this location. I wish that they have a different store front person. The one that always there are miserable 👎👎👎. Do better and be more friendlier.
