The last 3 pizzas we've ordered there were horrible. Garbage the left overs. Wasn't sure if I was eating the pizza or the box, cause it was terrible. The last one today was pretty black too. Use to have decent food, but really gone down.

they make you pay before delivery or pick up orders when u walk into the pickup order area the cooks had the music blaring and you could barely talk to the person you were putting the order into you had to yell the food is still good but the service was out the door they need to have better policy's in place at that store the store was also dirty needed to be cleaned the lady taking order was polite but I would say this boston pizza was in the top 3 of the worst ones I've used as I travel alot and visit alot of bostin pizzas

Terrible food. Not sure why you would take a pizza out before it’s done cooking on a slow night. What’s the rush? And French onion soup that had no broth, bread pudding. I would avoid this location.

Boston Pizza can only make pizza good. The last 2 times I've gone I was so disappointed with the food. The ribs were like those store bought, pre cooked and pre sauced packaged ribs, wings were tiny and over cooked, we got cold fries and everything tastes microwaved. Service was okay, atmosphere is loud.
Sat for about 5 minutes. No one came over to even say they'd be right back with water or anything. We left.

It's a Boston meh, so ya know what your gonna get, pizza fresh from the freezer. But it's the staff that really make this place worth while, best chocolate cake in town!
