We stopped in the Brandon Manitoba transcanada highway location. We sat in the lounge. A few of the booths we sat at were not cleaned very well. The service was a bit on the slower side. The food was ok. Not if we'd go back to that location

very good food but the worst service you could ever imagine. we ended up having a total of 4 servers because one person could not commit to our table. we asked our “main server” for a side of ranch and she never came back so we had to ask another person, this also happened with water. to add, we were never once asked how our food was during the meal. overall just inconsistent service, don’t expect much.

Service extremely slow. I ordered garlic toast I waited half an hour for it! I had to go back to work. I means it garlic toast! Not hard to make. This is why I barely like eating at BP. Service is slow.

Just want to give a shout out to the bartender, Mason, for his service. I’ve been through, back and forth, a few times from Alberta to Ontario in the past couple months and have had him as my bartender a couple times and he’s given great service. And the steak sandwiches there are always good, even though tonight’s cut was a little thin, the cook did what he could with the product he had. So, props to him, as well. A restaurant can only be as good as the staff that is hired and I will be back the next time I’m through.

Got takeout from this location. It’s a barbacoa bowl and was tiny. Costed me $23 and was still very hungry after. Filled out a survey that was emailed to me and the manager sent me an email asking what she could do. I replied and explained the issue but was never sent a reply back so I figured I may as well leave this review. Either make the portion bigger or adjust the price accordingly because this was pretty pathetic.

$90 for takeout lunch--half a day's wages for four small meals, and the staff treated me like I was an inconvenience. When my food was ready, I had to wait ten minutes for someone to come to the desk and hand it to me, even though I could see it in the restaurant. Food was good, but for that price I shouldn't have to take attitude from some smarmy, skinny little kid.

Ordered dinner and received no napkins or cutlery after asking for it. Food was excellent but I had to eat my ceasar salad with my hands. The cheesesteak sandwich was delicious

I was staying at the Best Western and ordered a pizza for pick up. It was only a 1 minute drive from the hotel. The pizza was the Meateor small size. The size was good for the price, but I thought it could have been better. All in all, good pizza place for around the corner, for quick service. Not necessarily cheap for quality.

Took at least 10/15 minutes till we just walked in to be seated. No interest in keeping an eye on the lobby at all. Short staffed is what they say while it wasn't busy at all.
