I'm in Brandon every 2 weeks for business. One of my go-to's is boneless wings from Boston Pizza. This week, I requested extra sauce on them. I got my request fulfilled by the staff, and they also left an awesome, friendly note on the top of each box. Acknowledging my request in an awesome way. Way to go guys!
I ordered the steak sandwich and it was over cooked and dry. The manager came out and offered to cook a new one so I accepted and the second steak was awesome. Mistakes happen and they dealt with it perfectly, thanks guys.
Really great food and wonderful atmosphere. We went on boxing day and they forgot a meal. However, they took ownership, offered a free dessert, and were very apologetic so no harm at all. Will certainly go back again!
