They guys really disappoint me for the second time.. i ordered the penne pasta with extra alfredo sauce but they didn’t followed the instructions instead sent me something else and spoiled my dinner time and rest everything was closed and i even call them but nobody answered and all my money went waste . I am never going to order anything from these guys again.

Tables were full or dirty, lounge was too loud to be an option for a meal. The patio had broken glass and chili peppers. The waitress was attentive and didnt forget about us on the patio. Food was great, servings of fries and onion rings were quite small. The kids eat free thing seems to not really be a thing. We were still charged for most of it not just the extra drinks and upsize.

I came by for a visit on July 27 around 4 pm with my family. While the food was excellent and met our expectations, the service wasn’t great. Our waitress was extremely rude and impatient throughout our visit. There was no need to rush because it wasn’t busy at all. We noticed she was smiling and laughing with other customers but not with us, as if she was holding a grudge against us for no reason. Her attitude was unwelcoming and made our dining experience unpleasant. It was only when we were about to pay that she improved her attitude. We typically tip our servers, but given her poor service, we decided not to. Her reaction was to throw the receipt at the table and run off, which was highly unprofessional and only reinforced our decision not to tip. This isn't our first time coming to Boston Pizza. Usually the service is top-notch. Unfortunately, this visit was an exception.

My first time ever at Boston pizza. The food was great, especially the service. Thank you to Gina (not sure if that’s the correct spelling). She was so kind and so sweet as my waitress/server. I had just gotten into a severe fight with one of my parents and sibling, right before I left to come here. She saw that I was visibly upset and tense. She spoke to me, checked in with me every so often, and made me feel so much better. So thank you so much Gina, I’m very grateful for your kindness. The food was so yummy. I got the buffalo chicken pizza, and the crust was garlic bread, which was just chef’s kiss. The dessert was incredible. I had the chocolate brownie addiction and these brownies are the best brownies in brandon. And I’m not even saying that for fun. As someone who has had many brownies for the last 6 years, I’m not kidding. It was good. Thank you Gina and I’m only sorry that I was in such a quiet, stressed, anxious state. I wish I had been happier and I could have spoken to you a lot more.
My son and I sat in the patio and enjoyed supper together. Its nice that the patio is relatively closed in. Their service is consistently exceptionally good there. The menu is very family friendly.

My last experience was terrible. I ordered for delivery at 5 pm to arrive at 6 pm. Did not arrive till 6:30 pm. And the pizza was cold. I also called to find out where it is.
