I honestly have no idea who or what cooked my order but talk about a disgusting outcome. Onion rings? Yeah right bottom of the bag garbage burger was burnt. Not coming back. I am done with this place.

The waitress is really good but the food is something to be desired. Ordered a 2 piece snack. One of the pieces of chicken was bad. Waitress took it away and deducted 50% off meal. Um I was still hungry... Such small portions as well. Won't go back. 👎👎👎

We were disappointed about our delivery order yesterday, Feb. 26th. We ordered $60 worth & still had to pay a delivery charge. My husband had ordered the 3 piece fish dinner, however, it was very crispy & well over done. Also, his battered mushrooms were small compared with the last time we ordered them. I ordered the chef salad & garlic bread. The bread was very hard & cold. My salad had large hunks of lettuce in it & the chicken was not very appetizing. I didn't eat them. I'm sorry but we will not be ordering again from Chicken Chef because of above mentioned complaints.

The service sucked the waiter was being rude the chicken wasn't like other chicken chefs you'd be better off eating somewhere else for good service and I spent over $100 I don't recommend this place
Waitress was good, but the food wasn't great one of the pancakes was burnt. If you flip the burnt side down on the plate it's still burnt. Both pancakes the inside wasn't cooked through. One of the potatoes from the hash browns tasted was spoiled.
On another note what a missed opportunity you have a place that's known for their fried chicken but they don't have like a chicken and waffles for breakfast or a brunch special. I just don't get it

Right from the moment we were seated the service was horrible. We were seated with no menus, then we waited, waitress came to take our order but no menu, we ordered water with lemon but it came with no lemon. Then we waited, dad ordered mashed potatoes with his chicken dinner but got fries. No one checked in on us during our whole meal then we waited and waited. Had to stop the waitress for our bill and take outbox. Then waited and waited. We wrapped the chicken in a napkin and went to the till and waited. She finally brought the box, I paid, mentioned the food was delicious but nothing else. Not going to return.
Parking: No accessible parking available. Large puddle in parking area.
