Had a 3 piece dinner, fries were ok , the chicken was very greasy and overcooked, the meat was dry. Coleslaw had a funny taste and the bun was dried out and crusty. Will not come back.

Received 3 piece meal fries were soggy and not seasoned. chicken looked and smelled like it was cooked in old oil. Mac salad gross. Took it back they talked me into a fresh meal to take. Got back to room it looked a bit better but still a soggy flavourless mess and made me sick. Wouldn’t try it again

Ordered the 3 piece chicken special meat was obviously the day before chicken re heated to the point it was burnt and so dry I couldn’t swallow it. The patty melt was not beef not sure what it was. Chicken noodle soup was water with noodles. This use to be a great place to eat, now I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Never going back!

I really wanted to love my meal, as everything looked so delicious and the server was wonderful. However, I did notice that my chicken was unfortunately undercooked, which made it hard to enjoy fully. Mistakes happen, and I understand how busy things can get in a kitchen, but I just wanted to bring it to your attention in case it helps for future orders. On the brighter side, our server did her best to accommodate this issue.
The flavors were great otherwise, and I’d be happy to give the place another try once this issue is sorted out.

I ordered chicken wings and unfortunately, they were not cooked properly — there was still blood inside. It was really disappointing because we couldn’t eat them at all. The server, however, was very nice and accommodating throughout the situation. She did everything she could, but there wasn’t much she could do about the food itself. We ended up not having to pay, which we appreciated, but overall it was not a good dining experience due to the undercooked food.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at Chicken Chef in Brandon was truly awful. We ordered wings, and to my shock, they were raw inside, completely undercooked and unsafe to eat. I’ve never been more disgusted at a restaurant meal. The server was kind and tried their best to make things right, but there’s only so much they can do when the kitchen sends out raw chicken.
I left the restaurant feeling sick to my stomach, literally. For a place that calls itself Chicken Chef, serving raw chicken is beyond disappointing, it’s dangerous. The whole experience was ruined, and I honestly can’t believe food in that condition was ever allowed to leave the kitchen.
I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously and fixes their food safety practices, because this was unacceptable and disturbing.

We came to Chicken Chef Brandon and all ordered wings, but unfortunately most of them came out undercooked and even a bit bloody inside, which was really off-putting. On top of that, we noticed an ant crawling on one of our plates.
That said, I have to give credit where it’s due — our server was very kind, apologetic, and accommodating. They handled the situation professionally and made sure we were taken care of despite the issues.
Hoping management addresses the food safety and cleanliness concerns soon, because the staff themselves were wonderful.

I honestly have no idea who or what cooked my order but talk about a disgusting outcome. Onion rings? Yeah right bottom of the bag garbage burger was burnt. Not coming back. I am done with this place.

The waitress is really good but the food is something to be desired. Ordered a 2 piece snack. One of the pieces of chicken was bad. Waitress took it away and deducted 50% off meal. Um I was still hungry... Such small portions as well. Won't go back. 👎👎👎

We were disappointed about our delivery order yesterday, Feb. 26th. We ordered $60 worth & still had to pay a delivery charge. My husband had ordered the 3 piece fish dinner, however, it was very crispy & well over done. Also, his battered mushrooms were small compared with the last time we ordered them. I ordered the chef salad & garlic bread. The bread was very hard & cold. My salad had large hunks of lettuce in it & the chicken was not very appetizing. I didn't eat them. I'm sorry but we will not be ordering again from Chicken Chef because of above mentioned complaints.
