We stayed at this hotel back in May and the garage door to get into the parking ramp shut on the hood of my vehicle. There was thousands of dollars worth of damage done to the vehicle and after months now of going back and forth with the manager we can't get anyone to file a claim or get us in touch with the correct people so it can be paid for. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This should have been a quick turn around of events and my vehicle should be fixed by now!!!

I will never stay here again and urge anyone else to chose other lodging. We checked into our room very late at night and after taking nearly an hour to check in, we were all exhausted. The first thing I noticed when walking through the hallways were a very pungent a smell of urine and marijuana. Walking into our room, we immediately noticed garbage left from the previous guest. Since it was so late we just wanted to sleep and did a quick check of the bedding and went to bed. In the morning, we left the hotel to go get breakfast and the smell of urine was even stronger. The “security” on our hall was standing in a corner on his phone every time we saw him and people were constantly walking around acting inebriated. Upon returning, we began to strip the beds for housekeeping and shower and I was absolutely horrified at what I found. There were clear feces stains on 2 of the beds and what appeared to be mold in the shower. We brought up our concerns with the unpleasant front desk clerk and simply said oh I will check with housekeeping and immediately dismissed me. I paid nearly $400 for this room and in the least I would expect a clean environment. I am so incredibly disgusted and disappointed.

I’ve stayed here plenty of times before, and never had a problem. But the last few nights I’ve stayed here I had these evacuees yell at me, beg me for money, and beg me to buy them alcohol. I’m never staying here again. They also have a security on every floor “protecting” the place by being on their phones. They have problematic people walking around everywhere. The pool is also dirty

I was stranded due to vehicle issues. I chose this hotel as it right beside the dealership. Huge roses to Mehnab at the front desk. Polite kind courteous and went above and beyond to find me a room. All staff were polite and helpful. The room was very roomy and spotless. The bed is amazing!! The bathroom clean with all amenities/supplies. Plenty of towels etc. AC was running so room was cool. Coffee maker fridge microwave. There is a restaurant in hotel. Food and staff were great!!! There is a nice pool. Never have to leave hotel! Security everywhere, felt extremely safe. Parking in front of hotel. There is a dollar tree right beside hotel for snacks 😉. I would definitely stay here again !!!! Thank you Clarion staff for turning an awful day into a relaxed one. 💐

Worst hotel experience ever. Every towel we received had stains, one towel had a big poop stain on it. Our beds had stains. The floor smelt like sewerage. Would not recommend at all

Blessing in disguise. We found out about this hotel last minute and after experiencing a bad experience at our first booked hotel - Travelodge.
Clarion Hotel has nice and very neat rooms with comfy beds, attentive staffs and good amount of parking space too. We had a good rest from a long drive!

For a smoke free property, the 3rd floor REEKED of smoke. And the last night we stayed there around 8pm (July 24th) the fire alarm went off. Talked to the staff today and it's assumed it was cause of someone smoking. As an asthmatic, my lungs were quite unhappy. Staff was nice enough, room was nice and pool is pretty cool. If you have smoke allergies or are sensitive, stay away though. They had so much security but couldn't put a stop to smoking..

Every night there is fighting/screaming and commotion going on in the back parking lot of the hotel until all hours. Security peaks out the door then turns around as they probably dont want to get into it. If you sleep during the day and stay up all night , this may be a place to consider!
I am in my room now a we don't feel safe leaving our room. The hotel has security guards on each floor. None of the ice machines are working. I walked down the hallway and was insulted by other guests. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my travels. I will be so happy to be out of here in the morning.

Stayed here quite a few times, most times everything has been good. Recently got placed in a room that smelled like cigarettes and had no smoke detector, I informed front desk staff but nothing was done about it. I would recommend asking for a room that is not all they way around the loop as it takes quite a while to get in and out.

Well its not all the hotels fault. There have been incidents with the guests almost every day. Which i understand isn't their fault, but last week we had no ac in our room and it was quite uncomfortable, this week our key cards stopped working a bunch. Im currently standing in the hall while my roommate gets another key, been here for about 20 min now. Its also hot as balls in the hall. The main part of the hotel is filthy, also not the hotels fault completely its from sme guests but still the shoul be cleanng

Good day! I would like to make a complaint. Our room was not cleaned today—there were no toiletries, coffee, or fresh towels provided etc. Yesterday, we saw the housekeeping staff and I asked if our room would be cleaned. They said not today, but tomorrow. So we were expecting it to be cleaned today. Now the front desk is telling us that we had to request it by 11 a.m., which was never communicated to us beforehand

The front desk agent called security on me and my friends when we came to visit our friend at the hotel. She said our friend needed to come down and pick us up. Her name is Guneev, and her behavior was very unprofessional. She had no right to stop us or call security.
