Was there today. No one knew what was going on. One team member had a scrub brush and was washing the lower wall near the floor and then went straight to the counter and then started touching food orders and handing them out without washing their hands. The two team members seem to unable to read the tickets and figure out whose order was whose. There were two orders that were placed after me who got their orders before me. One team member was standing near where the food for the inside goes and seemed completely lost. Looking at the tickets talking to somebody else playing with the tickets and not handing out the orders. All I ordered was a small hot fudge sundae and I had to wait there for over 10 minutes in the line to pick up my food while my ice cream sat on the ledge looking me straight in the face melting. My ice cream was half melted when I received it. I think the team members need training on hand washing and how to read tickets so they can do their jobs effectively. It was a big mess.

got a milkshake guy at the window didn’t interact with me what so ever and u actually couldn’t drink the milkshakes because the damm paper stews like u couldn’t get anything out of it just rough

What a lively group of staff you have; each time I come here I’m greeted with smiles and grace. Each team member is always helpful, kind & positive. Food is always hot and fresh! Love the free dilly bar with a receipt review !

Since I have learned what Pepsi is doing, I will not partake in anything Pepsi, ever. I asked for bottled water. They provided Aquafina. With FLORIDE in the water. So now Dairy Queen is poisoning it’s customers as well. My last visit was today, kinda sad, did like a Brazier once in a while.

Stopped in for a bite to eat and was delighted with the friendly staff, quick service and great food. The place was immaculate! Such a lovely change from other fast food restaurants these days. Great job folks!!

I just think there should be good reasoning behind firing someone. Pretty dumb when you say you don’t think it’s gonna work and when I ask if you would like to elaborate you say “no”.
