went there with family waited at the window and these two young girls just stood there and stared w a snarky face didn’t even say anything, didn’t know if i could order or had to wait, finally ordered and they got out whole order wrong. Will not be going there!

Went today about 4:10pm and got a mini blizzard for my child and once got into the car noticed I could smell mould or sour milk smell so I smelt the cup and coming from there and tasted the ice cream and it was not great, I couldn't eat it myself nor was giving to my child

Customer service is non-existent. Asked the employee how she’s doing 3 times and didn’t even acknowledge (asked her a few times since maybe she didn’t hear me). She was just staring at me and FROWNING. Terrible….

I always get "extra stuff", they pack the shiz out of it and it's perfect! I've never gotten ice cream so much as I have this summer because of Rolo, and them packing the rolos in there. As long as they keep doing that, I'll be there regularly.
