Came in over the weekend for some appetizers. Asked the server some questions about menu availability. Got kicked out and treated awfully by the manager for asking such questions. Never in my whole life have I been treated so poorly at an establishment. I will not be coming back. Professionallism and being courteous to customers clearly isn’t something this place cares about.

I can't say I plan to go back, due to the sub par food quality.
Although the atmosphere was pretty good and the service was alright (though somewhat absent, and hard to get her attention), the food was far overpriced and lacking quality and flavour.
I had ordered the chicken parm and I couldnt help but notice that the chicken was very dry (cooked ahead of time perhaps?), and the cheese on top was oddly tough to cut and did not seem fresh. Added to that, the tomato sauce seemed very bland, which added nothing to the already underseasoned chicken. I have not experienced that before so I can't even properly explain it.
Quite a few members of our family had a similar experiences with their meals (especially the meat), one of them said that they have experienced this in the past as well at this restaurant.

Do not recomment- will not be returning as I left hungry and disgusted.
The pasta was good but the portion was too small, and the hot wings were incredibly dry like they had been drying out all day under a heat lamp etc.
The $20 calamari apetizer was very small and was mostly breading.

The food here is terrible, the server was polite if mostly absent. I was waiting to get a bill for a while. Place feels nice and has decent seating.
The food tho, I ate here twice and the meat tastes like its been boiled and microwaved. The vegetables were old and overcooked. And its pretty overpriced

My son dish was over cooked, my dressing took me asking half way through my meal and after making comments about filling in for the birthday recognition… and tell her it was my husband’s birthday no offer of dessert Even to pay…. Sadly we were very disappointed… big bill mediocre food and service at best….

amazing servers and fast service! the only issue how the managers treat and speak to the staff! i overheard a conversation between them while dining and it stuck with me.

We had Christmas Dinner with friends on Dec 25 , the meal was the worst meal we have ever had, after many years of having Christmas dinners out . Meal was cold, cabbage rolls so tough you couldn’t cut them. Stuffing was wet , soggy and tasteless. Ham was dried out . Overall the quality just wasn’t good. Service was poor, but there wasn’t enough staff. They were scrambling to get ready for the 6pm seating and were late . With no place for people to sit while they waited for their table. Many of which were seniors. To top it off dessert table was very limited and when we went for our dessert, children were picking food up with their hands and putting it back. I don’t normally do ratings but an email sent to management has gone unanswered. I don’t want anything except for management to know that you had 6 very disappointed customers.

The manager Jill I believe was her name, complained about staff not cleaning the table we were sat at. The service over all was terrible! We were watchrd but ignored. One of our people went up to the bar to ask for service!

Ate two times the chicken was burnt and the second time the burger tasted weird .

Arrived to the restaurant for brunch the day after my sister's wedding here in Brandon. We inquired about breakfast and the staff told us that breakfast had ended a few minutes ago, but they would check with the kitchen. We were able to order off of the breakfast menu. The portion size and quality of food was great. The service we received from our waitress Melanie was incredible! She was very polite, tentative, and made sure that our experience at the restaurant was fantastic. I would definitely return to this restaurant in the future should I find myself visiting Brandon, Manitoba again!
