Arrived to the restaurant for brunch the day after my sister's wedding here in Brandon. We inquired about breakfast and the staff told us that breakfast had ended a few minutes ago, but they would check with the kitchen. We were able to order off of the breakfast menu. The portion size and quality of food was great. The service we received from our waitress Melanie was incredible! She was very polite, tentative, and made sure that our experience at the restaurant was fantastic....
Our family visited Echo several times this weekend and the food and service was excellent. Greek chicken wings were amazing, the steak was outstanding, pasta seemed house made and was so very good. Great atmosphere and always very clean.
