Visited the place on two consecutive days. On Friday there was a dumb girl taking order, she didn't even knew what's in their signature bowl. She was just roaming around with no clue. And today they only had one guy who was doing everything from taking order to preparing it and packing. It took 45 min for one Dynamite bento. Definitely not the guy's fault, he was very sweet and apologized every customer for receiving their order late. But I have a question to the manager of the store. Do you think that guy is a superman that he could handle the restaurant all by himself?

I ordered food to go and the wait time was ridiculous! Only 1 person managing the front, serving people plus cooking, 1 person!! It Took forever to get our food. Please get more staff as people don’t have over 20 mins to wait for 2 plates of food.

Love coming here, been several times. It is my go to place if I want sushi. The atmosphere is nice, it can get a bit loud in there due to the thing above the door but I don’t think it’s a major issue. The easi meal has a nice variety. Location is not my favourite, it’s a bit of a longer walk for my Granny who can’t step up onto curbs that might be something to keep in mind if you struggle with mobility.

Staff are very friendly! Food has been good. But bubble tea experience has not been good. Pearls were hard and dried out. I didn’t say anything. Second time it happened, I called in to let them know. They were very sorry and said to come in for a free one. Went in today and ordered two bubble tea. They gave me one free for last time I ordered. And guess what….the tapioca pearls were hard and dry. Too much ice so there was no flavor to the drink. I will continue to order food, but I’m done with the bubble tea. It’s too disappointing to waste my money.

The food was delicious, the service and the crew was good and accomodating, and i love the atmosphere.
I simply ordered yakisoba noodles with teriyaki sauce, they gave me a snack size and still charged the same amount that a normal portion is, and I got brown sugar bubble tea, it has no flavour and the bubble tea pearls were hard and practically crumbled in my mouth, horrible
