“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to this Smitty's location specifically........... our office had done a Skipthedishes order from here for 5 breakfasts and when it came it was missing one side of hashbrowns. I called the restaurant directly and the woman (Kim I think) who took the call IMMEDIATELY volunteered to personally deliver the missing item to our doorstep.

That is top quality service!! 11/10 will order from again.

“We hadn't been to a Smitty's restaurant for some time and after this visit, are kicking ourselves in the butt for the delay!! Upon entering the restaurant we were very cordially greeted by a most personable young lady. When she saw me using a walker, she showed us to a table quite close to the entrance -- very thoughtful. When we looked at the menu, we were very pleased to see a good variety of meals but were a wee bit surprised at the prices. But when we saw what was delivered to the table beside us, we could plainly see why they were just a touch high -- very generous portions!! We decided to avoid burgers and instead ordered a Western Skillet and a Meat-Lovers Skillet. The coffee that were were given (our own potful) was great -- full-flavour without being overly strong and the coffee creamers that came were of three delicious varieties so it was fun experimenting as to which taste to try (did them all!!). It did not take too long before our meal arrived and both of us were greatly impressed with the appearance and size of the portions. The first bite told it all -- delicious and superbly prepared. Sad to say, that did not leave room for dessert. The waitress came back several times to check our "status" with our meals and to indulge in a light, general, pleasant conversation. All in all, a wonderful experience that we would not only HIGHLY recommend but one that we plan to repeat time and time again. Thanks to all who made this a most enjoyable and memorable stop-over. “We dropped into Humpty's for breakfast last week and had a really great experience. Except the coffee. The coffee was awful.

I had the Farmers Omellete (no tomato), and it's a good omellete. The eggs are not 'fluffy and light and airy' like seems to be the trend, they've been worked and they hold up to the fork; they don't crumble away on being stabbed. Good quality fillings/toppings and proper proportion. I stepped up for perogi as my side and it was worth it.

She had the deluxe BLT (No 't') and said twice - 'this is really good bacon'

All in all, we felt it was good value. Our server was attentive enough without being a bother. We're only visiting so we probably won't make it back a second time but will definitely recommend Humpty's to anyone coming to Brandon“
