“Today was our first experience at Patches . Food was great , service was fantastic and when we were leaving my littles noticed the goodie machines by the front door . I didn’t have any change on me and our waitress overheard and gave them each a loonie ! Would definitely recommend for a “small town feel “ and a “home cooked “ meal experience ! :)“

“Last week I placed an order for pick up after work. Working at the hospital and I am staying at motel as I live in Winnipeg .

Get there orders not ready they have no record , this was the second night this happened to me the night before it was at Boston Pizza . They were pretty rude at the BP.

Anyhow I was explaining my frustration to Mercedes , and she was really nice . She gave me a break on the price , skipped past all the tip options before she handed me the card machine and had the kitchen expedite my order. Didn’t have to wait long .
She was very friendly, polite and made it a good experience . We go to Smitty’s all the time at home in Winnipeg love the food.

“I just wanted to say a huge thank you to this Smitty's location specifically........... our office had done a Skipthedishes order from here for 5 breakfasts and when it came it was missing one side of hashbrowns. I called the restaurant directly and the woman (Kim I think) who took the call IMMEDIATELY volunteered to personally deliver the missing item to our doorstep.

That is top quality service!! 11/10 will order from again.
