First and last time customer. Just ordered a simple pep and cheese but the crust is overcooked and overall a very unappealing flavour. After a couple pieces I was done.

Many years ago Gondola Pizza was on 10th St by the Hydro bldg. I liked it then and was sad that it left our City. But Gondola came back, and for us thin crust pizza lovers, it doesn't get any better.

Gondola used to be a family favourite. Was very disappointed in our recent order. We ordered two large bacon and mushroom. When we went in two employees were handling food and putting it into bags with no gloves. Pizzas were overcooked, and very bland. Gondola has been known for having a distinct taste. For the price of their pizza when it was good was worth paying for. Unfortunately, We will not order again.
Best place to pick up delicious thinner crust pizzas , gondola is a family favourite for us!

Whe you order a pizza, automatically it should be a thick crust pizza. They send thin crust... great thar it is easier for you staff, but i ordered a pizza. . . Salt is horribly abused in the dough. PLUS, either they buy low quality meats that are over salted, or they add a ton more salt. I'm sticking with pizza express. 70 dollars on 2 pizzas that I can eat as fast as pizza from pizza hot line is unexpectable. Very disappointed

Ordered 3 medium pizzas. One order of wings. 2L of Pepsi. Cost me $100. This price was steep but would be fine if it weren't for the following factors. 1) pizzas were overcooked. Slightly burnt. 2) Pizzas were overly small. 3) toppings were scarce. And I mean scarce. The Aloha pizza, advertised as "double ham double pineapple" I am not exagerating because I counted the pineapple chunks, there was 14 little pineapple chunks. One piece has one little chunk on it! The double pepperoni had barely enough pepperoni on it to fill one hand. I ate an entire medium pizza and was still hungry. Was a really small amount of food for the huge price. Tasted okay, all in all. But still was not impressed. Wings were good. Pepsi was good ?

Where's the sauce!?I ordered for the first time from Gondola. When I got it into my car it smelled great and I couldn't wait to get it home. When I got it home and opened the box it looked delicious and I couldn't wait to eat it. But when I ate it, it tasted bland. I inspected the pizza and found very little pizza sauce under the toppings. I suppose that's why it tasted so bland. That's a shame.

Trash. I’ve ordered from Gondola for years, and it’s usually quite good. Tonight we ordered two mediums and wings (for $53 no less) and it arrived way overcooked. Like blackened edges over cooked. I called back and the person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. Was told “I don’t know what to tell you, our ovens are set to a specific time and temperature” etc.Resolution: they begrudgingly sent me two new pizzas and was told to send the other pizzas back with the driver (weird) When the new pizzas arrived the were way over cooked as well.Longtime customer = no longer.

Why are you trying to push your new crust? Your thin crust is great but you are always pushing promos on the pizza no one likes. Get some better deals on the thin crust.
