Don’t bother even going to the place or ordering online, they somehow mess up your order everytime. Tried ordering online and they said they didn’t get the order…50 mins passed and order was approved.. I’d give a 0/5 if i could

they deliberately make your order last if you order from the cash register and not the kiosk. i ordered one thing, a lady finished paying 5 mins after i paid and she used the kiosk, she got her giant bag in 5 mins and i got my small popcorn chicken 3 mins after that. LAZY and ridiculous. worse than 1 star.

Went in used the kiosk an then paid then. They asked me my order an it didn't give me a receipt only the debit receipt. Works were unable to know exactly what I ordered yet it accepted my money. Won't be returning an wasted an extra 20 minutes waiting for them to figure out my order.

Today, I don't know why the chicken are so small. And an employee saw me deliberately hit my chair with a broom and walked away without any apology. That's too bad. She is racist.

Just got back from KFC and honestly, it was way better than I even expected. The chicken was super hot and fresh, perfectly crispy on the outside but still juicy inside, literally the best I’ve had in a while. I grabbed a Big Crunch Sandwich, and everything tasted like real comfort food, exactly what I was craving. The staff was really nice too, super quick and friendly, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming. I left full and seriously satisfied. Definitely a 5-star experience today, no doubt about it.
