I arrived a crew was making sure the front of the store is clean and nice, welcomed me with a smile and was using a welcome KFC tagline. The manager named Mary who made my order made sure my food was fresh and hot even though it was a mobile order, she was very accommodating and very welcoming as well!

I I ordered from Skip from the KFC location spent $150 added 2 litre Pepsi. They gave me brisk that’s not what I wanted and when my driver asked them that did you call the customer about this they said yes but they never asked me totally bad experience.

Chicken was way undercooked, the large macaroni salads we ordered were only filled in the container half full, the cheese on the poutine wasn’t even melted. Terrible terrible terrible.

Don’t bother even going to the place or ordering online, they somehow mess up your order everytime. Tried ordering online and they said they didn’t get the order…50 mins passed and order was approved.. I’d give a 0/5 if i could

they deliberately make your order last if you order from the cash register and not the kiosk. i ordered one thing, a lady finished paying 5 mins after i paid and she used the kiosk, she got her giant bag in 5 mins and i got my small popcorn chicken 3 mins after that. LAZY and ridiculous. worse than 1 star.
