The employees were arguing right in front of us about whether or they wanted to cook our chicken for the new onion ring burger since it takes so long. I guess they decided not to cook it because we only got a bun with onion rings and sauce and no chicken !! Also $15 for one burger !!!

Rude service, continuing language barrier issues with no attempt to improve, and often getting order wrong and over charging for product. I get that we all have bad days and we all make mistakes, but it's a continuing issue with no attempts to make it right. Oh and ps, generally it's a good idea to wait until the customer leaves the premises before badmouthing them.
