Not sure why all the bad ratings. All KFC's across the globe don't have original taste. The folks working at this KFC are always happy and smiling and quick to serve and make your orders right. A few girls here call me by name and always cheerful! I would not go to the 18th St one anymore. This one is tops!
This is a relatively new KFC, it’s always very clean and neat. The staff are friendly but almost every time I go to collect my order, they always assume that I’m from DoorDash or Skip. Today they assumed my 12 year old son was from Skip.
