The buffet was just okay, especially considering the high price compared to the quality of service—mainly the slow sushi refills. I went primarily for the sushi, but only two people were preparing sushi and rolls for both dine-in and takeout. Popular items like shrimp and salmon sushi, tuna and salmon sashimi were replenished very very slowly, and only a few pieces like three to six were added at a time.

The total cost for the Saturday dinner buffet with a fountain soda was $39.77 for one person. I left a 15% tip, which brought the total to $45.74. Even with inflation, that’s still a lot for one meal. If the sushi had been refilled more quickly, the price might have felt more reasonable for an occasional night out.

On the bright side, the servers were friendly and attentive, so I had no regrets about tipping well. It’s just that the base buffet price feels too high for what’s offered.

I can’t even begin to explain… First the atmosphere and service is so imprisoning. The staff walk multiple trips around you repeatedly making you feel so alienated. When we would be the only customers in one section many of them would just do repetitive laps while excessively starring. They’re tactic is to slowly push out the customers however, they are not as settle as they think. Our drinks were both taken half full to get refilled but never brought back to us. Theres the first 9 dollars ripped off. Then they start to take your utensils repeatedly from you table LITERALLY while in use. When you get up to get more food they stare at you in the most uncomfortable, judging way that made me want to leave immediately for the horrific service. I repeatedly kept getting small plates while my boyfriend got one massive one and in the end ate more than me so this plate judging doesn’t make sense. This is actually my second time there with both the same experiences. The end is where the real kicker is… Although i still wasn’t full we were really uncomfortable and fed up so we went to leave thinking the total would be $50 MAX. Mind you the prices are posted on the door in small print but they should still tell you before they seat you because we wouldn’t have gone if we knew, but no. This place will milk your wallet empty, for one person the set price on at Saturday is $40 not including the scamming additional fees. “Free re-fill drinks”, extra left over crumbs on your plate, and honestly probably even bathroom privileges (which were gross). The total for us two was just under $100 and it’s impossible to get that much moneys worth there. Even the first time we went it was supposed to be $18 per person but left with it being $80 for two, HOW? They charged us for the 3 nasty sushis and crumbs then charged again for us to take it home rather than it being thrown out. This ruined our celebration both times and destroyed our wallets each time thinking we were saving money. I actually HATE THIS BUSINESS! Sad because I love buffets and this one has the best selection but honestly these people should not own a restaurant or anything within the customer service line.

Good food options. But now the food quality dropped, usually cold, some salty, pans out of food for awhile

Had lunch there a few days ago and it was terrible: bit into what was supposed to be sushi but couldn’t even chew it due to whatever meat (I’d say pork) was in it. Fried sushi was rice with no filling whatsoever. Some dishes were cold and definitely not worthy sending $22 on. Yes for 2 with water as our beverage we spent $44+!!! Won’t be going back anything soon. The only saving grace was the very wonderful service people.

It was good, plenty of seafood and meat options and more. Soda is really watered down. Maybe I just expected more based on word of mouth and google reviews. The atmosphere could be better and less cafeteria like. We also had friendly fly join us for dinner.

For a buffet, food was really good. Never the same as cook to order, but the variety is nice. Price was reasonable for the offering. Would definitely go back.
