I placed an order for big mac No Meat and they send it with meat in that. Once I ignored, but happened 3-4 times. My request to staff is please pay attention to the orders. Had to garbage the burger. Very bad customer service.

Price goes up and the fries get less. If I could post a pic, I would. I thought maybe it was a one off time but it’s happened the last 3 visits.
Update: last week their was a man eating fries out of the garbage can a few minutes later a family came in and let their Guinea pig walk on three different tables. The family wasn’t asked to leave until a customer complained but the staff should have saw at they brought their pet rodent to the till with them before letting it walk around several restaurant tables. The tables are dirty in the, evening so you probably don’t want to let your food touch the table

I have ordered white milk on 4 different occasions, each one was sour, the last occasion I didn’t even bother to ask for a new milk, I just gave it back and lost money. Be very careful ordering milk here, check it before you leave, the date means nothing.
Ordered skip the dishes. We received a burger with what seems like a broken bun with part of it missing and burnt peach pies. No wonder this place has the lowest ratings. Wish I had paid attention to that. We will never order delivery from this place ever again. The two burgers we did eat were dry to top it all off. Can't even go get the burger replaced because it was ordered through skip the dishes. So instead of having a meal we each got to split one burger instead. Highly recommend avoiding this location at all cost. Worst experience ever and I never do negative ratings... This seemed warranted though due to how awful it was.

brutal service and quality and wait time there was 1 other vehicle in drive thru that had to wait also we ordered 2 coffees and 2 big Mac meals coffee wasn't stirred either quality is falling quickly
