Today I ordered a Spicy McVeggie Burger from the drive-thru, but when I got home and opened it, I found out they gave me a chicken burger instead. Really disappointed because I don’t eat chicken. Please be more careful with orders, especially when customers specifically ask for vegetarian items.

You expect when you order on the app that your meal will be ready for you before you arrive like it advertises on the app, but at this location you are instead forced to wait in a drive through for over 8 minutes on multiple occasions. Even if it was a normal order it would not be up to standard. I've even witnessed on one occasion our order being placed on a shelf while we wait for 2 minutes just to have it handed to us.
Since when did fast food become this slow?

The fries are never salted at this location. Not only that, but we went in today and they're somehow out of every single drink including smoothies and milkshakes? Obviously wasn't worth spending money there as why would I pay a premium to have no drink option? The drivethrough is also abysmally long. If you make an order through the app, expect to wait over ten minutes in the drivethrough while everyone else continues to order around you and receive their orders before you.

Paid for 2 salted caramel pies do not get any inspite of being told they were in the bottom of the bag by the employee at the drive through window. Did not receive straws for our drinks.

I placed an order for big mac No Meat and they send it with meat in that. Once I ignored, but happened 3-4 times. My request to staff is please pay attention to the orders. Had to garbage the burger. Very bad customer service.

Price goes up and the fries get less. If I could post a pic, I would. I thought maybe it was a one off time but it’s happened the last 3 visits.
Update: last week their was a man eating fries out of the garbage can a few minutes later a family came in and let their Guinea pig walk on three different tables. The family wasn’t asked to leave until a customer complained but the staff should have saw at they brought their pet rodent to the till with them before letting it walk around several restaurant tables. The tables are dirty in the, evening so you probably don’t want to let your food touch the table
