When I tried to fix it, the manager, Kawar, came out acting like I just ruined her whole day. Zero help, all attitude. If sass and rudeness were menu items, She’d be the special of the day.
Next time I’ll save myself the trouble and just make a salad at home — at least that won’t argue with me. 🙃

I come from a rural town once a week to pick up groceries at walmart then go in to get coffee on the way home , new peopke in this mcdonals not happy with the coffee now , very weak they must be trying to save money

I went to eat while I was on the move on my journey. The waiters were cleaning the floor, and I apologized when I had to step over to find a seat. Right then, I received some unfriendly looks from the staff who were cleaning the floor. The time I visited was 16:30 on 4 Aug 2025.

I ordered orange pekoe tea 2 sugar and 1 cream. I guess they don’t know what 2 sugar means so she made no sugar tea for me . She needs to be trained again for drinks. Disgusting

Food is not prepared well. I ordered junior chicken and its really bad, its too much compressed and its taste like we are eating something overcooked.
Absolutely ridiculous having to wait 10 minutes just to not have my order taken while on my 30 minute lunch break.. kiosk wasn't an option as I was trying to use monopoly coupons. I go here for lunch pretty often and usually use the kiosk and wow was today mind blowing waiting that long when it was only another woman ordering coffee and me. The staff should be embarrassed, do better.

I was just there and unfortunately I witnessed workers handling food items with no gloves at all. Touching burgers, making teas and everything. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Makes you wonder what goes on behind the counter where there are no eyes to see.
