Absolutely ridiculous having to wait 10 minutes just to not have my order taken while on my 30 minute lunch break.. kiosk wasn't an option as I was trying to use monopoly coupons. I go here for lunch pretty often and usually use the kiosk and wow was today mind blowing waiting that long when it was only another woman ordering coffee and me. The staff should be embarrassed, do better.

I was just there and unfortunately I witnessed workers handling food items with no gloves at all. Touching burgers, making teas and everything. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Makes you wonder what goes on behind the counter where there are no eyes to see.

Wish there was option for zero stars, anyways I work at Walmart and even after trying so bad not to go there due to their constant bad service, I did go today! Ordered my coffee, got one stale as hack, smelled burnt, can’t even chug for crying out loud. Got other teammates opinion making them smell my coffee and they were of the same opinion as I was, decided to go back with full medium coffe minus 2 sips and possibly change it with a fresh one. The manager and other associate looked at me, came and made weird faces… like what!? What’s wrong? How?? I am trying to explain politely and the manager(seems irritated already) jumps in, arguing how he is making it perfect and constantly denying, doesn’t want to listen, and rude as bad as can be. Anyways, he did replace it for me, and I’m looking at them, the girl and the manager are talking about me making fun and girl is rolling her eyes. I was so disgusted, I never even want to go back there. To the owners, if you care, maybe come by as a customer under cover and see their attitude and arrogance, I have had multiple experiences of their “ I don’t care” behaviour, but never had time enough to say anything about it, but today it was a hit! Ridiculously managed Mac Donald’s I have ever seen!

Just recieved my second wrong order in a row. Ordered buffalo snack wrap 2 weeks ago recieved ranch. My girlfriend ran up today for us and again we recieved the wrong wrap. Don't waste your money on anything wrap wise they don't care and just give you ranch even when you confirm it's buffalo.

I went to mcdonald walmart yesterday afternoon. The service was really poor. The girl who took my order was really rude , did not even greet . I said hello but she did not even replied. I do not know why she was making weird faces while taking order . I read her name tag which shows manager written ,I do not know who made her manager. Her name was something like Rat, I do not remember full name . Teach her some manners otherwise you should close your mcdonald . I am not going to this location again.

Mall was swamped today. Very young staff on hand. Did very excellent job get customers through quickly. Super impressed compared to other McDonald's in Brandon I've ate at recently.
