App didn't work. Transaction was sunday morning at 1:46 am at 1021 Middleton Avenue
Brandon, R7C 1A8. Cost was 31.42. Had to retell worker our order. We didn't get a chance to scan my code for points. And had to pay full price for the big Mac and the mcdouble I was going to get with point (the app took my points but not my order. On top of all this I wasnt given a receipt to make a complaint on the app. Your app map won't let me select store and your app won't let me up load pics either it seems.

My 6000 points are still not refunded yet.

You need to ensure your take out ordered are made correctly. I had a modification on my burger that wasn’t done, and my 3 cream coffee was black. Unfortunately I can’t come back and complain in person but don’t like spending my money and have things be wrong.

We have a hack that works with trad fast food joints. Instead of buying the “satisfying”meal, we have been going for the junior sized burgers that we used to get for the kids. We order them with extra meat and cheese along with extra dressing like pickles and onions. This comes in at around five or six dollars and gets the job done at up to 40% less cost.

Our daughter ordered a large fries. When we got the fries, they were dark brown, very bitter, and saturated with oil. We took them back, and they made us fresh ones. They only difference the second time was that they were hot, dark brown, very bitter, and saturated with oil. When I asked to speak with the manager, the young girl I spoke with just laughed at us when we told her how horrible the fries were. She tried to tell us that they would make new ones again, so I let her know that it was probably not up to "McDonald's standards" that their restaurant continued to use excessively old/dirty oil. They really need to change their oil more often than they do because people are not going to pay 5.10 for a box full of "garbage"! I could tell that she didn't care at all what I was saying, but we would definitely not go back to that restaurant!
